Dairy Queen

This is an amazing place! I did not know what to expect and could not believe how the staff, program and methodology has changed my life. I am truly a new woman today and have a great foundation to build my life. Thanks to the clinicians for working with me to get to the real person that I was meant to be, for saving my life, for all the encouragement they gave me and for their support!

Most of my visits have been pretty good, but this last one was bad. I waited 18 minutes for my order. There were only a handful of other guests and some of them were pretty angry. There didn't seem to be any leadership and communication was awful. Hopefully I can come back and up my rating, but for now, they have work to do.

1. After I ordered my food the employee didn't give me my change or a drink cup and the whole interaction was quite awkward. The customer interaction skills were quite lacking and the people who work directly with customers at the register should be reconsidered. 2. When our food came, it wasn't the right order. 3/4 of us didn't get the right food and got someone else's food. 3. Our food didn't come with the sauces or ice cream we ordered and we had to ask for them again, so we had to wait in the line again 4. While asking for the sauces and ice cream we ordered at the counter, a kitchen employee visibly rolled his eyes and said he would need to look in the back for it with a snarky tone The only reason it's not one Star is because one employee who brought us our food was super sweet and got up during her break to make sure we got our sauces. She was super friendly and personable, perfect customer service attitude If only the rest of the employees were as quick and friendly as her, and the dysfunction and chaos behind the counter was corrected this place could be great

Ordered 2 sundaes and a diet coke. Got home and realized the ice cream looked strange - more like ice milk. No flavor. Called DQ to let them know so they were aware and hopefully did not continue serving it. The person we spoke to said they knew there was a problem. We were offered the opportunity to come back and get 2 new sundaes with chocolate ice cream. We declined. Not sure why they gave us the initial sundaes knowing the ice cream was off. After calling took a drink of the Diet Coke only to find it’s root beer. The employee took our name and told us we could come back later for replacement sundaes. DQ is usually all right but this time was an epic fail. Very disappointing.

Place was not busy. One car in front of us . In the drive thru waited behind the 10 min. Then we Sat at drive thru window half hr to get 3 cheeseburgers 2 sm fries and 1 small onion ring. Wow way too slow For fast food, Had to go inside to get some napkins and ketchup Cost was 23.00 way to much 😒 🙄 😕
