Even with reduced staff our pizza was ready for pick up right when they said it would be. Patrick, who was working the window, was prompt and engaged in conversation with me while I waited for staff to grab my to go order. We talked about a common point of interest and he made the brief interaction a pleasant one. The food was great, just what we have come to expect from this location.

Summary: This Domino’s has very low quality pizza. You will get better quality pizza from Pizza Hut, Papa Murphy’s or Pizza Ranch.
Paid extra for a pan pizza and the pizza is like 70% crust. The other side is raw and smashed the crust folded over like someone threw it. 0/10 experience. Literally any other pizza in baraboo would have better presentation than this gas stations and frozen included. All 3 pizzas looked like they had been half cooked and thrown. I regret buying from this dominos and I regret tipping them too.

I'm in love with the food at that store. The work team there is very friendly and attentive. I have to say that online offers are the best. Definitely my favorite pizza place.

I loved the service, the workers are very competent, the food is fast, I don't know how they do it, but the pizzas 🍕 are better every day, for places like this I would get a tattoo that says long live Domino's.

First time doing the car side pickup and they stopped the 2 minute countdown at 1 minute even though we didn’t have our pizza so we didn’t get the free pizza. I had to go in to see what was going on and find the guy that was supposed to be bringing it out.

We order Dominos quite a bit in our home town and are typically pleased. This location, however, is another story.
Got the message that the pizzas were done via the app and went to pick it up. Their lobby is closed so you have to go to their window.
Did that. Paid for the order and then was told it isn’t done. Will be a “few minutes”. That was 10 minutes ago. Still waiting.
Another guy pulled up behind me. Same issue. Employee blamed the app on both cases. Other guy ultimately got fed up and left. Can’t blame him.
Bottom line....Dominos is good, but skip this one. Customer service is appalling.

Wow talk about dropping the ball! Placed our order here tonight, and after having to wait for an hr, my wife arrives only to discover they did not make part of the order we paid for! So then we had to wait another 15mins! Finally, we then drive another 15mins over the bluff to home, only to discover they did not give us ANY of our sauces, or dipping icing! Here I thought Pizza Hut was getting bad, I think I’ll just stick with the Hut after this! Where are the managers, or is it all children running this place?!?!
