Our server, Dale, was phenomenal. We were in Baltimore for our anniversary. He was very attentive and personable. We had the scallop appetizer and crab cakes, which were tasty. Then our waiter brought out some cheesecake to celebrate! So thoughtful. I definitely recommend this place.

The food and server was great!! I highly recommend the clam chowder and oysters. The other dishes were great but not as good as those, however the crab cake was excellent from the fried seafood trio. The server really took care of us as well. It was a bit loud with the live music and shame we couldn't see them because of our seating, but overall I would come here again!

After visiting the National Aquarium, we had a late dinner at Phillips Seafood. The decor and atmosphere were very nice. I got the stuffed scrimp which was excellent and my husband really enjoyed the friend fish and shrimp. Our server, Terrance, took great care of us . The evening was very enjoyable.

Atmosphere is pretty good. Spacious interior. Two minute walk from the national aquarium. Lots of lobster dishes! Great choices for both lunch and dinner.

We’re visiting from the south and we absolutely loved it here! As a family of 4 (two toddlers) we are always selective about where we go but the restaurant was very kid friendly, the portions were huge and the service was fast! Our waitress Tierra was so funny and sweet. I can’t wait to come back! Also, I highly recommend the fish and chips, crab dip, fried seafood trio, and cheesecake. You won’t be disappointed!

I will start with the bad. Small appetizers. Each is geared to one person maybe two... maybe. But they were good. Capt platter was outstanding and a huge portion. Lobster pot pie was very good and the muscles w/ shrimp was a large portion too. Drinks were solid and deserts were good. Key lime could be more lime, ice cream sandwich looked way better on the platter but was still yummy. My two year old gives it two thumbs up. Over all good place. Price was high but not unexpected. 3 adults with sea food, hot dog two apps drinks desert $250+ right on the bay. Great place.

The waiter Ruslan was knowledgeable and very attentive. This was my first time here but my husbands second. He was impressed by the attentiveness of the waiter, I was impressed with the hot fresh food. I loved the taste decor and ambience

Got here about 4pm on a Sunday before and a few hrs before the Ravens home game. They have a 4pm happy hour BUT you can’t get it at a regular table so we had to be reseated in the bar area. We only order a light snack before trying out another restaurant. Drinks were starting at $4, not bad! Fries were just “ok” and not piping hot like I like’em. clam chowder was pretty good though. This is definitely your game day spot if you’re in town for the game. Good location and the fans are definitely game ready!

We had a great time here at Philips Seafood after spending the afternoon at the Baltimore Aquarium! It's located on the wharf just outside the iconic Aquarium and the large red sign over the entrance makes it easy to find.
The service was fast and friendly! Our server Tiera was smiling, social and quick with any waters and the check. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated.
Everything went smoothly and when we ordered a second plate of oysters the kitchen accidentally brought us a third, just to be sure we got our second plate. To me that says the staff really cares about customer service. Overall a good time, would definitely recommend to friends or family visiting the wharf. Cheers!

We had a wonderful experience not only because the food was amazing but our server Ruslan was exceptional. Ruslan might have been the best server I have ever worked with. He was thorough, kind, knowledgeable and attentive . We will be back for the food and also the amazing service. He checked up with us to make sure everything was good! We will be back !

Fun atmosphere in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor: Sit outside and look at the water or enjoy the nautical decor inside.
I was traveling for work and had to try some seafood. The Maryland Vegetable Crab soup had great flavor and I only ordered it from the recommendation of my server. definitely recommend if you’ve already had cream of crab or clam chowder.
For entrees, the shrimp and scallops were great. I do wish they had a bit more seasoning, or at minimum a little salt to bring out the flavor. No salt or pepper is provided at the table. However, the Broiled Seafood trio was excellent. The crab cake was perfect - tons of plenty crab, full of flavor, and so tasty. It was also served with broiled shrimp, salmon, mashed potatoes and asparagus. This was definitely my favorite.
Give this location a try for a fun atmosphere and good food!

A little slow to get seated with a reservation, but once we sat our party of four, we were impressed. Our server, Ruslan, was immaculate and kept our table supplied with food and drinks all evening. Our out-of-town guests loved the crab dip and cakes!

Came here before the aquarium and WOW!! First the overall appearance is breathtaking it really grabs you in ! We sat on the patio enjoyed beautiful weather, great service, and amazing food! MOST important the frozen drinks were the best yet perfect treat before going into aquarium! Next time I’m back in town you’ll find me here! They also don’t skimp you on the seafood definitely worth market price.

It was a busy Saturday during the Orioles playoff run. It was a 45 minute wait, which was to be expected. My server did her best during our meal, you can clearly see that they were short Staffed, so I was very patient. I had the broiled platter. The crab cakes were very delicious and so was the entire. Being in the food service I understand portion control. So after a beer and my meal I was quite full.

A bit on the pricier side, but if you get a sandwich and an appetizer you can get a very filling meal for $30. Fish sandwich was great- the breading stayed crunchy and the fish was very tender. I would have liked some more onion crisps in the lollipop pork. It came with 2 pieces, and it was pretty filling since they were quite large. Great interior design! Our server was amazing, and our food came out quick when we went at 7:45PM. We were seated within 5 minutes on a Tuesday evening.

Had a wonder time here thanks to our server Chrissy A and Ty who brought out food. Chrissy kept us laughing and was very attentive. Food was excellent, booths comfy, good ambiance, not too loud, tasteful decorations, clean bathrooms!
The only thing I was sad about was I didn't save room for dessert since it looked delicious
Thanks for a great experience!

Keshia S was a fabulous server on a beautiful night in gorgeous surroundings. It was our son's birthday and all 3 dinners came out perfect as ordered and delicious. Love Phillips. We don't get here often but it never disappoints!

I took my family to Phillips and boy, we had a fantastic experience with Natasha as our waitress. We had a terrific bloody mary, excellent clam chowder, and amazing crab cakes. My little daughter got to try her first real Maryland crab cake, and it was such a delight.
Check out this fantastic restaurant and ask Natasha to be your waitress!
