This location really has stepped up their game. Got a free pizza from an order last week, of course I had to use it, first time for the specialty buffalo chicken-- pretty good- if you like cheese and more cheese. Like the way they cook the sausage - big chunks- If you're gonna eat, eat. Trying the sandwiches next. Delivery has been good both times.
I ordered 5 different items, including a large pizza. Shortly after placing the order, one of the guys called me to let me know that there was a 2hr wait for my stuff to be delivered. I decided to pick it up and, upon arrival, there were only two guys working; they seemed to have about 10 different orders on the screen, from what I could see and stopping for anything would back them up.
The food was definitely not under or over cooked, the chicken alfredo pizza was delicious along with everything else. The guys were also courteous and pleasant. I have nothing negative to say about my experience.
Order sat on the "accepted" screen for about an hour and a half.... tried to call a few times with no answer... drove to the store and they got my order mixed up... they were swamped with orders but were very apologetic and fixed it and also comped my pizza. The food tastes great and I feel like they reconciled the situation well.
This is by far one of the best Dominos I've ever visited. The staff is nice, the manager is also attentive. I've never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and if you don't like it, they will remake it without a problem. They want to make sure that you leave satisfied. Keep up the great work!
My account was compromised and two orders were made through this location. My card was declined at a grocery store which tipped me off that something was wrong. One order had already been processed and delivered. The manager was quick to cancel the pending order and canceled the other order that had already been delivered. He trusted that I was telling the truth and something wasn’t right. I can’t thank him enough for being so diligent! I was on hold with my bank waiting to report the charges on the other line and it was taking forever (almost an hour). I did file a police report in my state as well as call the Maryland PD to investigate the matter. Thank you for your help!
Shout out to the manager on duty at this location for keeping an eye on pizza thieves! I had a credit charge from a stranger on my account and called the store immediately and they made sure this person didn't get the food without I.D. or the credit card. Thanks Domino's! I will continue to be a reward member and thanks to the bum who scored me more reward points. Have a nice day!
