I was in search of a milkshake for a loved one who is in rehab after being released from the hospital. I tried two other places first (I won't say the names but one begins with Mc and the other may have initials of BK). Neither had shakes, so I tried Checkers. They had shakes! That right there should earn them 5 stars, I'm taking a star away because the food is really salty and one of the drive thru lines wasn't functioning but there was no sign stating that it was out of order. The service was good though. The staff were friendly and the fries were hot, so on the whole it was a good visit.

Came here with 6 co-workers. They handled our order quickly and correctly, it was a first time at a Checkers for most of us. It was nice to sit outside and take advantage of the unseasonably warm weather. The food was delicious, love the fries.

Although I'm a big fan of the Checkers menu, on this particular day my driving visit was unusually slow. I think being in the drive-in for 20 minutes qualifies as not really good. The food was good, the order was right, although the window people couldn't think about saying something along the lines of sorry it took so long or something similar. I'll have to think again, because if I see a big line there like today I'm heading somewhere else.

I really like the banana shakes. They are the BOMB! :) The service is STILL SLOW. I had the Americana burger which was good. The fries were fried just right but could lose about 30-40% salt. I would like another banana shake. Yummy, Yum Yum.

Truth it was a terrible experience i thought I was going sit on the outside and enjoy my food only to realize they had given me the wrong food. When I went to the window i was there for a very long time before i was acknowledged. Then they left me there a very long again when i rang the bell I was rudely told he coming he didn't come for another five minutes and the asked me what was the problem again about twenty minutes in. Finally some came ti the window askef again what was wrong had wait another ten minutes for fresh order but she was apologetically sorry said she haf no knowledge but overall terrible experience don't think I will go to that one again ����

Have you heard about the fish sandwich that was given me on April 20th, 2018, that an employee was actually eating on break. Well, they wrapped it and gave it to me. When I arrived home, I noticed the partially eaten sandwich and was outraged. I contacted thes store, and the lady with whom I spoke was aware that the employee's sandwich had been given to me. She was prtofusely apologetic and agreed to replace my entire order, less than 20.00, which I had discarded once I saw the partially eaten fish sandwich.
Monday, when I returned to the plaza to get the new fresh order, the Manager on duty, aware of tghe incident, said she would replace only the one fish sandwich. I explained that my entire order had veedn compromised and discarded, as a result. She was disinterested and dismissive even though I informed her of the prior employee's commitment to replace my entire order. I informed this Manager that she needed to exercise better judgment because this matter, I assured her, would go viral. I have contacted health department and corporate. Corporate was both apologetic and conciliatory.
So much for good service, proper hygiene practices, and setting a good example in front of your employees. This Manager didn't have the decency to apologize.
DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. SPEND IT WHERE THE ESTABLISHMENT CARES ABOUT PRODUCT, SERVICE AND IMAGE.
