Delicious drinks, atmosphere, and an incredible staff (especially when bombarded). STAFF: The staff are friendly, humorous, and A-MAZING under pressure. Kudos to the staff who dont even break a sweat and getting the orders RIGHT during rushes considering there's only 2-3 people there when they happen.👌 SEATING: This Starbucks has 6 tables inside including a wheelchair accessible one in the back and tables outside. Inside, there's almost always seating because most customers are mobile orders who leave shortly after or sit outside. Then there's a handful that stay to work, or study, and a couple tourists that occasionally come in. WIFI: Strong and fast connection. Just don't expect to be able to work on website backends or websites with high ram (like me). Although, this isn't limited to just this location. BONUS: Every once in a while when things slow down, they ask cute questions and give out $4 Starbucks cards to whoever can answer the quesrion first. Warning: There's morning rushes during the week between 8ish-10am. By rush, I mean at least 10-12 mobile orders coming in at once. Be prepared.

This location has a welcoming feel, and the whole team, especially Che, Summer, and Tim, are super nice and considerate. They work hard to remember people's names and orders; they are very observant and make sure the customers leave happy. I feel like my order is a bit complicated, but they never make a fuss or have an attitude about it. They put up the Christmas/Holiday decorations in one night! It looks so good. Honestly, congratulations on sculpting a good team; I love them.🤗🤗🤗

Not too busy the morning I came and I noticed A LOT of people were putting in mobile orders for this place. I ordered at the counter and the baristas were super sweet even through the mobile order rush.

I go maybe once a week for almost a year now and know matter the time or even if its a very cold or hot day, the staff ALWAYS has been professional, the location is in a nice safe, clean (canton) area and even when busy, the wait is not long, but the staff is a cool reminder that the very biased tv/media industries. constantly fail to mention, and that is that whether your a proud Asian, Latino, White, Arab, Black, Native American WE rarely get the credit for good work and caring, like senoritas Christina,Camila, Shirene and the rest of the staff @ Starbucks in canton do, so we will give the over due credit to each other and also showing that it's cool to care because WE ALL MATTER..Gracia's,,,and Gracia's to the rest of us, the hard working caring human beings, that's also a proud American,,,Gerald 🇺🇸 🇵🇷

I love their coffee! Their drinks aren't overly sugared like Dunkin! I can drink a couple in a day they are so good! I love their Merch and their bakery items are great! My favorite is the scones or rice crispy treat. My daughter loves the cake pops!

Excellent service, they are so nice, gentle and patient Lots of space for social distancing. Seems, they redecorated, with post modern touch and granite tables. Bathroom was spotless. Only thing there were no hand towels, or air blower in Harbor East Baltimore Branch Prob better, not to dry grip the door handle, lol

I've lived in the area for more than a year and I've been going to this location just as long. I've never had a bad experience. On busy mornings, I sometimes have to wait because there are mobile orders that need to be filled, but the staff ALWAYS makes sure that I'm aware of the wait and does what they can to get orders out in a timely fashion. In the era of COVID-19, the staff have also done a lot to encourage social distancing outside, bring drinks around, and handle the mass of customers that line up outside of the doors by taking our names, orders, and everything else. There is a lot to keep track of! If I need a recommendation, they're quick to provide. If I want friendly banter, they're willing to take some seconds out of their morning rush to speak with me. And when I need a smile? I can always get one here as the staff is always friendly. I feel like they know me by name (first and last), by face, and by dog (because I have a pup with me much of the time). They make my morning runs bearable, my afternoon slumps something to look forward to, and my evenings a caffeinated rebellion against sleep. This review is too long. I really just want to say that I love this location and the staff inside of it. I think the hiring manager involved did a good job forming the crew and that the employees are always great! Thank you guys! Hopefully people are kind to you every day!
