I've only been to this location twice, and both times were to get some work done on a weekday morning. The place is spacious, there's lots of seating, and it was not crowded at the times I was there. Only a few of the tables are near a power outlet. The staff are friendly and they keep the place clean. The restrooms have a code and were also kept very clean. I can't comment on the food as I just grabbed some coffee both times, but I would definitely go back to sit and work there in the future.

This was the best bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. It wasn't watered down and had tons of broccoli. The last 4 times I got it was watered down it seemed

We love our Panera, but today, something was wrong. Employees attitudes were bad, service was also bad. The first try at our bagels (sliced and toasted) only the very very tip top of our bagel was sliced off...like a bagel crisp. The second time the bottom was bagel crisp thin. We know you are better than this, we're here every week. What is going on?!? Wish I could have uploaded pictures of our bagels.

After being put on bed rest and then coming down with the flu my mom in Florida was able to call and get them to deliver my favorite (French onion) soup to me. They don't deliver but they did it to help a neighbor. So grateful! This made me feel so much better!!! Thank you Vince and everyone who helped get me my soup!
