I love this location! Every thing is on point and fresh and customer service is amazing starting with the manager Nina. She made my experience just that much better. Most importantly the ice cream is always great and just tastes like it was made with love. The sorbets are my favorite and being that I prefer sorbet to ice cream they never disappoint in the variety of flavors or ways that you can customize to keep things new. Overall everything about the experience here is top notch and I personally believe this particular locations sets a very high standard for others.

This is my neighborhood Ice cream shop so I’ve been frequenting here for years. Recently a new woman has become the General Manager an boy is she doing wonderfully.
I’ve noticed a change in cleanliness, atmosphere an customer services with the staff as well as more products in that freezer that sits in the lobby where you order.
I’ve spoken with her several times in store an passing by an she is super sweet an very intentional with making relationships with her customers.
All in all she is a great addition to the neighborhood as well as helping our favorite ice cream shop get better! Please let her know she is appreciated everyone can see how much better this location has gotten

I saw that the best thing today. A customer in front of me ordered 2 Ours to go containers. Although Mya initially took the order, both Mya and Angel worked together to create the order. Angel even scooped in a few mins for the Ours that Mya was working on. Good teamwork is hard to find, so don't take these two for granted

Today I went to ColdStone location on Boston Street and ordered the mint chocolate chip with brownie and fudge. The manager Ms. Nina was very friendly and I definitely will be returning. Need more people like this in the world.

A big s/o and thank you to the manager Alex. The store was actual closed because the refrigerator wasn’t working properly. Me with a group of motorcycle riders had taken a youth there for a ride. When he noticed we were there, he immediately came out, apologized and gave us ice cream cupcakes and ice cream cookies. He was very apologetic and wanted to make it right. He stated, he couldn’t serve any ice cream in the state it was in. But as soon as he saw the young ladies face, his heart was moved with Compassion!
