I really enjoyed the food here. Service was quite good. We had the Paloma cocktail and it was very refreshing. The scallops and winter salad were delicious, and we got the burger. Food was cooked as ordered. I didn't get the bun on the burger because I don't like all that bread. I would return again when I'm staying at this Hyatt location!

🎵Reuniting at the Bistro and it feels so good! Reuniting with Rosé and Gin Martinis cuz we're understood🎵! This may actually be the best Hendricks Dirty Martini I've ever had. Our bartender, Sasha, didn't want me to tell her how to make it, as I normally do... And well, well, well... While she didn't include Angostura Bitters as I would have suggested, the way she added the olive juice, let it sit, AND shook it up, made for a sweet taste, I'd never expected from Hendricks Gin. Either way, my broski from Massachusetts and I are in town for a Morbid Angel concert tonight. #Broskis #Baltimore #BartendersChoice

Above-average hotel bar. Good servers, alright food. I wish the line at the bar went more quickly.

I was actually very surprised. There has to be a chef back there. Line cooks don't cool like this. The scallops are the way to start...end with the Steak 🥩...

Crowded restaurant inside the Hyatt hotel. The bar was full , the bartenders were overworked because (I heard from one of them) that they didn’t had any floor staff. Had some wine, had to go & will come back.

My taste buds were pleasantly surprised! We ordered the crab cake sandwich and crab soup. Served by a friendly man named Willie. If you want to try Maryland crab, this is the place to go

If you're staying at the Hyatt Regency, this is the convenient restaurant nearby (since it's in the building). Some of your rooms service food is prepared from here. I don't know why the other reviewer didn't like the crab cakes. I had the appetizer which was plenty for me as a meal. They were very thick, not short patties. The outside was crisp, the inside had a lot of crab meat lumps, not a ton of breading like some places. The remoulade had a slight kick that made it taste amazing together. So, I guess it depends what you want out of a crab cake. I'm from New England, and I think these were perfect. Again, maybe the main course is different than the appetizer. I had great service when I was in the restaurant, the staff was attentive and friendly.

This is my first visit. The Cuban black beans and Spanish rice tastes good. Nicely flavored and not overly seasoned. The plantains are nicely prepared and not overcooked. Still moist on the inside. David who waited on me was really nice. There is a seating area to eat in the premises, which is really nice. Jerard was also very helpful in providing me information on some of the ingredients and hours of operation. I will definitely be visiting again. They offer healthy foods that are "mindful", vegan or vegetarian. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by. They also have a daily rotating menu. I highly recommend.
