Super yum!!! My first time tonight. My 3 year old & I devoured our harvest wrap with blackened chicken. The ladies were awesome.
Too easy to eat a healthy meal here. Service was friendly. Plenty of seating including outdoor cafe seating. Great spot for a healthy and delicious meal.
Pretty much a greener + lighter version of Chipotle but with WAY better ingredients and diverse options. You can BYO bowl or opt for one of their menu options. Bonus: you can stir fry your order with oil or chicken stock.
Two bowls for $25. Not bad considering I also added extra falafel in one and double meat in the other with an egg. 🤔
**Bear in mind, your base bowl options are noodles, lettuce, or brown rice. They do NOT carry white rice.
**And if you get a rice base, it does NOT carry well. I'd recommend eating it close to when you buy it while the flavors are still appetizing and not letting it sit.

Salads here are great, as the name implies all the ingredients are certainly fresh, and plenty of options as well. The staff is friendly, so no complaints there. My only gripe is that the protein portions are minimal, but for an extra couple bucks you can double it. Nalley Fresh is similar to Panera, a great whole food alternative to traditional fast food.
I love Nalley-- it's a quick, affordable, healthy option. Their salads and wraps always have fresh ingredients. Generally everyone working there is friendly enough. My one issue/complaint of this place is that their tofu is consistently terrible. It's flavorless, bland, and squishy. I don't know if they don't know how to properly drain and marinate tofu or if it's just not a priority for them. As a vegan, I would recommend the falafel but definitely not the tofu unless they change how they prepare it.

There was a large variety and everything that I ate was fresh. I took 3 of my staff members: 3 of us got bowls and were all satisfied, the 4th person had mac and cheese and a salad and she too was happy with the food. We will.definitely go back.
this place is as clean as any restaurant I’ve ever been too, let alone a fast casual spot. Food was delicious. Got the Asian rice bowl with the $1 pork and it was 100P worth while. Mike hooks it up
Friendly service, healthy food, reasonably priced and tasty. That checks everything on my list. I’m going to start going more often and work my way they the menu…..Brown Rice Bowl tonight, very good but had to tell them not so much rice
I was 1st introduced to Nalley Fresh in 2011 when they would provide lunch to my job at the time Paypal up in Hunt Valley. I was immediately hooked, i spoke so highly of this place. Since then i have moved away and only get to enjoy NF when I'm in town. It's been about 2 years but i finally made it to Bmore over the weekend and stopped at the Canton location. Soon as I walked in, i felt out of place, nobody greeted me, the employees all just stared a hole through me as i walked to the counter. I felt very rushed, the lady preparing my rice bowl seemed to have an attitude as if i were bothering her. The portions were extremely smaller than they used to be. My rice bowl was just as delicious as i remembered i only wish that the employees were abit more personable.
Nice place for a quick meal. Selection was great with the option to make your own salad or wrap. Soup is also an option. I got the jerk beef over the Nalley Fiesta salad. The jerk beef had a nice Caribbean flavor however it was not spicy at all. They offer spicy sauces that I did not try.
Best bowls. Great options of lots of veggies, dressings and cheese. It's far better then Chipotle in my opinion. And price is very reasonable.
