We hosted an event nearby and our food truck didn't show up. We walked into Souvlaki and they were AMAZING. I forget the gentleman's name but he was so nice and helpful. He helped us place a rush order for 40 people and they got it done in 30-40 minutes. The best part was the food was delicious!! Thank you for saving our event!!

This was my first time ordering from Souvlaki and I am pleased with what I ordered with the exception of my french fries being inside of the pita. The flavoring was very delightful whereas it was not over-seasoned. I also ordered a baklava which was very good, nice and flaky. I'll be ordering from here again and encourage anyone who has not visited to do so.

Souvlaki's new location next door to their old space is terrific, go check it out! Same great food in a bright, beautiful space. My kids and I got top notch service - attentive, friendly, and helpful - and I particularly appreciated how their dishes came out quickly. Spanakopita and hummus were their picks and quickly devoured.

Having a location in our hometown of Washington, D.C., we stopped by their OG location in Hampden on a Baltimore trip. My wife, four-year-old daughter and I stopped in for lunch on a Monday. (Yes, they are open on Mondays when many other local restaurants aren't.) Here's our experience:
1) Food: It's delicious! Order in-person or via their app. They sells fries, pitas, drinks, veggie balls, etc. My daughter enjoyed the zucchini balls and fries. My beef pita was tasty and comes with fries inside. I also ordered their orange soda and wow- among the best I've had.
2) Space: It's intentionally small to represent the small cafes found in Greece. The simple decorations on the walls transport you to the Mediterranean.
3) Service: The man behind the register was so friendly. Once we sat down, he brought over a free plate of fries for our four-year-old daughter. He then gave us all free cold water bottles. He came over to chat and gave us a blessing once we left. The best service we had during our trip to Baltimore.
There's parking on the street outside the restaurant. When we went, it was easy to find a spot and it was only $1 for two hours.

My first time trying Greek food and the owner made sure it was a good one. Once I told him it was a new experience he got excited and ran back and gave me a sample of a greek dessert to try. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was fantastic. Very attentive. I will go back and spread the word about this hampden gem .

I love this place! We got lamb and chicken skewers, Greek fries, and pita with tzatziki sauce. This time was takeout but they also deliver (too far outside the city and you have to use GrubHub tho).
Note that platters are cheaper than buying things separately but if you upgrade to a pita, all the tzatziki sauce is on the wrap rather than the side so it can get a little soggy.

This was my first experience at this establishment. The food was really good. U had the chicken platter. They serve an enormous amount of fries. Per my husband, the greek salad was amazing.

Great spot for a quick bite. I personally like to get carryout from here. You can order online and they are pretty good at being on time. One of my favorite apps is the spicy feta dip, seriously amazing. I also love getting wraps. They put there fries in there wraps. The texture and seasoning on the fries are ideal with the wrap, especially with tatziki. Are you a vegetarian? If so plenty of choices for you. My only gripes are bad music and I wish it was open a little later on weekends for a late night bite.

Fantastic Greek food in every sense of the word. Spanakopita was a fav, fresh spinach, feta cheese, Greek yogurt and the flaky fillo dough... perfection. Lamb Pita Wrap is insanely juicy and popping with big flavors. Right in the heart of Baltimore’s Hampden. Greek aphrodisiac dining for sure 🤤😊
