The protein options are great and all the fixings are always fresh...Even though it is always busy at lunchtime, the line moves fast, the restaurant is always clean and the people making your meal are very friendly.

They are known for delicious salads and wraps. The service is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is neat and clean. You can dine inside or outside. I like the wraps and cookies.

This is one of the best Nalley Fresh's in Baltimore. I started a weight loss journey last year and this Restaurant has helped me so much. I live near Owings Mills, but work at 10 Light Street. the best thing is the service that I receive everyday from Tony and Ms. Ce Ce. I love the fact that they never get a order wrong. I get a chance to see them make it and make corrections if need be. I have even had them make it over again if it was wrong, and there was never a problem with that. Sometime the wait can be long, but that is because the food is good and fresh. Also, I love Ms. Ce Ce's music selection every time I come in. One thing that I will say is that if you have a great experience with the people that make your food you will have an enjoyable meal that will nourish your soul. So please eat with them.

They recently brought in all new staff and that was a great idea. The staff is much friendlier, everyone is actually wearing masks, and the place is visibly far cleaner. With the old staff dishes would be piled high in the sink and it looked like a disaster. When I went a week ago the place was spotless. Very happy with these changes
Delicious tasting bowls. I had the pick two. Cajun Rice Bowl has a great kick to it. When I added sweet potato to it, it was tasty. White bean chicken chili was great as well. The Columbia location is sweet. Decorated so nice and yet a relaxing atmosphere.
The staff was friendly, the food was tasty, and the space was clean.
I've been here several times and my salads are always fresh and made correctly. They always give me a large portion as well.
It's a $13 salad but it's one of the only healthy options that's quick and downtown. I'm glad they survived COVID and the staff was much nicer than my last visit which I appreciated. It's a good spot for a healthy option.

Had an hour to kill for lunch doing jury duty today. Nalley is right around the corner from the court house, never tried it, thought I'd give it a go today. The wrap I got was pretty good. Mango Mojito Chicken, try if you're there. "Dirty" chips were good, water was water etc etc. Here's the real point of the review: Customer Service. Not even my customer service. Not even for an actual customer. More like human decency. Here's the scene: it's the lunch rush. Outdoor tables are becoming more and more premium. Sprawled out on one table, is she homeless? I don't know, but I assume. Large deadlocked gentleman comes out, asks her to leave. She's been there long enough. She mumbles some thing I can't hear. But I know he's got the nuclear option in his back pocket (I'll call the cops). Instead, he returns with a small cup of water. She drinks it, gratefully. A few minutes later, she's gone. No scene. The restaurant got what it wanted in a kind and compassionate manner. Good job guy, whoever you were. Way to be a decent human today.
