Wendy's

The burger was okay besides it being so greasy when you picked it up out of the bag with the wrapper still on it your hand was full of grease. The spicy nuggets that I got was hard as a rock and you need to have your servers put more ice in the cup since it's summer because by the time you get your glass of soda or whatever you ordered half of the ice is already melted before you get it which I don't see how that's possible. Unless you're only putting a little bitty bit of ice in there but the service was great.

I am done with Wendy's. I waited in the car line for well over 1/2 hour. When I finally got to the order location, I was informed they were closed. The time was 7:56 p.m.. I am livid about this. The least they could have done it was to go to a certain point in the line and advise people that they would not be able to order. There were many people behind me. I will be amazed at Wendy's survives. How long has it been since they have opened up the inside dining? Most other places are open, and I'm just not going to go there anymore.

If you want some quick comfort food that's made as you requested, you're better off going somewhere else. It's a crapshoot if they get your order halfway correct. Customer service has always been lacking. I've had better interactions with the ducks at the nearby park, than dealing with the low energy customer service at the drive thru. Seriously, it's like I offended them by ordering food from the place. If you can deal with the long drive thru wait time, and don't care if your order is right tll, then this place is for you.

Drive through is always super slow they take forever filling orders. Last time I went there the woman at the window was very rude, I asked for sauce that they forgot to be put in the bag so she takes my change along with the sauce and dumps it in my bag. So I had change in my french fries and nuggets.

I work nights until 10 at the earliest. Wendy's used to be my go to fast food restaurant when I got off work. Now they close at 8, before the sun had set... I finally had a night off and looked forward to having a baconanator and went to the Ballwin Wendy's at 7:30 pm (very early for any restaurant to tell me they are out of anything).. Low and behold, I was told they were out of bacon!!! Am I wrong, or is Wendy's known for bacon burgers??!! Terrible!!! NEVER AGAIN!!
