Taco Bell

Upon arrival the card reader at the counter wasn't working. The cashier came from behind the counter and placed my order at the touch screen. I thought that was very helpful and courteous. He asked me if I wanted my reciept texted or emailed to me. I told him please print it. He then went back behind the counter and printed it. All the while he had a very positive, professional attitude. My food was ready by then, he gave it to me with the beverage container. I got my drink hurriedly on my way back to work. I was drinking my soda without a lid he asked me if I wanted on. Which I didn't. As I was leaving I asked for some salt. He went to the back to get it. I was in a hurry so I walked out to my vehicle. He came out to my car with the salt in his hand. He was very respectful and professional. He customer service was above and beyond. That was the best service I have received in my entire life. Outstanding Service!

I'm not really a taco bell fan, but my review does not reflect my personal preferences. The kids love it. The people at this taco trader (chalupa chucker? burrito builder?) are friendly and nice. I would leave 5 stars, but they often get the orders wrong. I can't leave 3 stars because the kids' orders are often non-standard (Chicken quesadilla - no sauce).

I absolutely love taco bell, however they always mess up my order. I get the same thing every time, a Vegetarian Chalupa Cravings Box. between this taco bell and the taco bell on Chester, they have messed it up 7 times. It is a Vegetarian chalupa box. Why would it have meat? 7 times, they have put meat in usually the taco and/or the burrito. It's a huge issue.
