Taco Bell

The drive thru employees are very rude. I purchased my food and the first employee (a black female) gave me the wrong order and I tell her "this isnt the correct order". She said "its what you ordered" and I said I didn't order 3 burritos. I ordered the 2 taco combo. So she goes back and get right order and basically throws the bag at me. I then asked for some extra mild sauce. She told me "no, you only get one sauce per item." I said I never heard of that before and she said "well I dont think you need any more. You should watch what you eat." . I yell "are you calling me fat?" and she laughs. The other employee then comes to the window and says "are you yelling at her?" I tell the other girl that the first employee is refusing me sauce because I should "watch what I eat". Both laugh like catty girls and walk off. I never got extra sauce and was insulted by the employee. I have had an eating disorder all my life and this encounter was very hurtful.

The girl who was working the drive through was completely rude her name starts with a J. I wont publish her online but im sure the company knows who i am referring to. The food is good. Fyi if you dont like your job ....dont let it relfect on how you treat others you never know the kind of day people are having .....negative attitudes from people who are supposed to be professional can really go a long way with some people. Nothing worse than going somewhere and getting treated poorly by someone youve never met. This visit is the allen and brimhall location graveyard shift.

I had this rated 5 stars before but now it's a 1 star. I'm currently at this taco bell. One person in drive thru and one other person Inside and it takes 10+ minutes to get an order. I went to white lane taco bell earlier, they had a long line in the drive thru and a few people inside and I had my order before the person behind me even finished her order. It was just a couple minutes. The people at this taco bell, I noticed, are more interested in each other's personal life than getting the order done. It take forever even when it's not busy. When I have been here on a busy night I have waited 20+ minutes for orders. That's not fast food, that's take your time food. Not coming here anymore. Total disappointment.
