Horrible customer service. On Saturday May 11th around 7:30pm my rear tire on my car went flat and we pulled in to 7-11 to use their air pump. The machine took quarters so I sent my sister in to get $2.00 in quarters while I waited at the air pump. She came back and I put in the $1.50 in quarters and the machine did not turn on or work. I of course proceeded to go inside and inform the employee working that the machine was down and to get a refund. The man at the counter he said to refer to his name as victor (not wearing a name tag) said that the machine has been down and that he called the company to come and fix it but that they haven’t yet. I then proceeded to ask for my money back and he refused because he said it’s not theirs!!! The air pump itself has 7-11 sign on top of it!!! I was furious because for one they could have simply put an out of order sign on the machine and prevented this all together... and for two he could see us parked at the air pump when my sister got quarters and could have said something then. I wasted my time, money and energy over this all due to the lack of care/ concern from the employees/managers and owners of this store.

I just left there a few minutes ago and the man at the register overcharged me. He double scanned one of my items. Initially I thought maybe it didn't scan correctly when he first scanned it, I saw that he scanned it again and checked on his screen but giving him the benefit of the doubt, there was a long line behind me and I didn't want to hold anybody up so I asked for a receipt and left. I know he did this on purpose because he didn't give me a receipt until I asked him for one and then rushed to tend to the next customer. I won't be shopping here anymore and I also see in other reviews that this is not the first time.

Los señores de la noche no son nada amables siempre andan de mal humor. Me caen mal. This dudes who work at night they are always on a bad mood. I don't feel comfortable walking in to the store.

I had gotten a pair of earbuds from the store on Fairfax and Brundage in Bakersfield on a Saturday morning. I was most definitely happy because they had them in pink and had comfort fit. The sound was just sweet and I was loving the immersive experience. When I put them on on Sunday morning, less than twenty-four hours later, I wasn't happy that the right earbud wasn't working, so I took them back to the store to exchange them. Imagine my surprise when the lady (and I use the word loosely) who had sold me the blasted things the day before insisted that I had to have a receipt for an exchange. This was 7-eleven we were talking about here, no one gets a receipt. I even mentioned that to her. I expected her to do the right thing, the fair and honest thing. I expected her to work to keep my patronage. Perhaps I expected too much because she refused to exchange them even though she'd sold them to me the DAY BEFORE! Then, in their typical rude, arrogant fashion, she and another employee started speaking to each other in Indian and laughing. It was at that point that I tossed the offending earbuds on the counter, let them know that I wasn't ever going back, and walked away. I suggest that you all do the same thing because these ignorant people are DIRTY, LYING, WORTHLESS, STINKING THIEVES!
