It's clean but they don't always listen to your order like when you say I want extra lettuce with my tacos you got about a 50/50 chance. Is also high amount of homeless people and can't handle and going on which really isn't an issue for me except when you look like skeletor and you're trying to get a meal you say but I can see the crack pipes hanging out of your pocket. Sometimes they look at you like crack rock and not like a person that's when it's time to tell him they drop something on the ground when they look down speed off

@JackBox couldn’t find my order, showed phone and they asked us pull around drive thru to sit another 20 min more in parking lot to wait for Food never came out but my payment card WAS charged, email confirmation w/order history clearly within JITB app, rude employee Anthony, & manager never available. :( SMH$ #shameonyouJACK technically you took money and showed no obligation in completing the order.

Friendly helpful staff here. Food was good and also freshly made. The dining room was clean and well maintained. If you want to use the restroom the staff will have to assist you to get inside. The homeless element in the area is really the only thing negative about this particular Jack in the box that I can think of, but that isn't their fault.

I used to work at another jack in the box and heard bad things from this location. Do not go to this location it's always disgustingly cold, fries soggy and black specs from not cleaning fryers. Also I gave a coupon they didn't put it in the computer and over charged me(false advertising) so I went back and gave the food back and they were supposed to give me a 23$ refund in supposedly 3 days but never sent to my card and the worker was being suspicious keeping my card, and rude that night. I haven't been on this side of town to go in and talk to them I finally got a ride there and (team leader) Miranda helped me but (manager) Sonya told Miranda she can't give me said refund when I literally saved my receipt for this specific reason. It is not okay for them to completely dismiss me with no food or money. Honestly if I can give negative stars I would.
