Met friends here for a book club meeting. We were given bread and chips with plenty of salsa. The beverages we ordered, I thought were a bit small for the price of but good. Our food was brought out and it was satisfying. It was nice and we enjoyed our visit. The staff was nice and friendly. I've personally been there a few times before. We enjoy the history of the building and the information we were given by the owners. Our group would love to come back, if we would be invited to view the upstairs. But if you've never been here take some time and come and relax in some of Bakersfields history.

Love this place!!! My little haunted house and home away from home. The best bread and salsa in the world and everything fresh and home made just like grandma's house. Come and eat in this beautiful piece of history and receive the best service!!!

Closed!! Sinaloa Resturant is closed now after 30 plus yrs of service to Bakersfield. I will truly miss their special The Merchant Meal and the French bread and butter, it was truly excellent. The waitress became a good friend and did an wonderful job serving us. I remember many great dinners their in the 70's and through out the years up to 2018 with family, friends and my husband. 💗

Love this place. I've been going here since I was a kid and the same waitresses still work there! They serve bread & really good salsa if you request, instead of chips. Sooo good!

My favorite restaurant in town and my home away from home. Delicious, fresh french bread or chips. Tostada plates are yum and the Melted Cheese Enchiladas, tacos and even cheesburgers and fresh fries. The salsa is not hot but fresh and homemade and they will bring you hotter if you ask. So go in and ask for Danae. She is the best!!!
