Went into the restaurant to place my order. No one greeted me. No one was at the counter. The first order kiosk was out of order.
Still no human at the counter to assist. Placed my order with the kiosk. No order printed to show this order. Workers are busy with drive thru. Only ONE OTHER CUSTOMER waiting for his order:
A CUP OF COFFEE. I KNOW it was at least 5 minutes before he received his coffee. It was about 2-3 minutes later, my order was, finally, ready. Wasn't thanked for my business. AND IT WAS THE MANAGER TAKING MY $$$$$!!!!

Food was hot and fresh, the curbside service was slow. One they got to my car, they forgot my drink. The employee happily went back and got the drink and brought it out quickly.

They were having a rough time. I ordered on the app and ended up waiting over 20 mins in the parking spot. Went in and two different people had my same order and both of the fries were cold but was quick to give me fresh fries. They apologized and working in food service myself I had been in their shoes before. Friendly staff

This past Wednesday, "Mickey Mouse" was
the drive through cashier at the Ayden location. She was very patient, attentive, and friendly when I came up to order. She got it right on the first try and when it came out the order was perfect!!!! Mickey needs to get some money added to her salary. Need people like her at all McDonald's locations!!

Went here to grab a quick breakfast with the kids before fishing. Customer service was great food was hot and cooked perfectly. Food was ready when I got to the window. I was happy with this experience. And so we're the kids

Walked in to order, was greeted happily! The young man who took my order was awesome! Did a great job! Another man came in complaining and cussing at the workers about his coffee... the morning shift did a great job at handling it and making sure things were made right. Food was great, Good job!
