Update: Very un-accommodating! I had my car at the NTB across the street and needed breakfast but could not get it from Dunkin because it’s drive thru only 😒. I know you can limit the amount of people coming into the store. Put spots on the floor an narrow the path.
Past review: While I am very grateful for the efforts of the employees during this pandemic, I cannot accept poor service. I ordered two snacking bacons and both were ice cold; so cold that the bacon fat was solid on top of the bacon. 😩

I honestly don’t know why that place is still open they never get my order right. Don’t even get me started on ordering from DoorDash it’s even worse . Learned my lesson finally washed my hands with this place. Nothing like the taste of bad coffee to ruin your day.

Never had a problem at this Dunkin since the new Manager took it over. Employees are polite, fast and, the store looks clean.

Visit this dunks weekly for over 2 years, there’s a drive thru worker who has a terrible attitude and poor customer service every time we encounter her. Bad way to start a morning and a bad part of an otherwise good dunks. Please either hire more workers so we don’t have staff stressed to the point of bad customer service and/or have some sort of seminar to teach good customer service.

This place always burns my food! How hard is it to not screw up a bacon egg and cheese. Won't be getting food here again!

I always use the drive up for the convenience. Service is pretty quick, very friendly and mostly accurate except that if you order hot food and a donut or something else off the rack, they might miss that in the bag so check that before you leave the window. Food and drinks are always made correctly and made well.
