Alex best waiter in town!! Food was excellent, drinks spectacular and even catered to our 2 young children. Tapas were too damn good!! Thanks Alex for the hospitality. Great Night.

Sooo good. We did a sampling. Started with the octopus special. Then the burrata and the beets. Then the chicken fried quail. Finished with the bison tartar. Everything was amazing. The offered great wine pairings for each course. And ordered a dirty martini just the way I like it. 100% will be back everytime I visit Avon.

TRY EVERYTHING. We had a wonderful evening and excellent service at Vin48. The 2012 Tempranillo was wonderful and accompanied the perfect meal. We ordered a little of everything (apps, small plates, and mains) and the chef timed it perfectly. The carrot cake was the best ending! Thank you!

We had a delicious dinner of small plates. Our party of 3 each tried a couple of our favorite foods and were able to share easily. The mussels and the steak tartare were my favorite. However, there was not a bad dish and a couple small plates really filled us up nicely.
The Italian red wine was exciting yet deep. The servers were friendly and made us feel welcomed and relaxed.

Our last dinner in Colorado was everything we could ever ask for. We are so grateful that Vin 48 exists. Ray enhanced our experience with his excellent service and it was lovely to see the team work their magic as well. Everyone we came in contact with from the waiters, hostess even the owner of the restaurant personally came to greet us at one point and it was an amazing experience overall. Great service will always prevail 😍 We highly recommend the Shrimp Basilico, the Wedge Salad & Roasted Cauliflower. Thank you Vin48!!

Upscale food in a fairly casual atmosphere. Extensive wine list and creative cocktails as well. Very tasty appetizers, small plates (ribs and crab cake delicious) and lobster dish was amazing.

Came here for dinner and was not disappointed. Great seasonal food. I had the snap peas, ribs and beets. The best thing was the service. I don't think I have ever been to a restaurant where the staff was so nice and attentive. They were obviously trained well, or maybe it's the rocky mountain air.
Only area for improvement was the coffee, but heck, the US runs on Dunkin so how can I fault this place

Add this to the list of best restaurants I’ve been to in America. Mocktails, chicken liver mousse, roasted baby beets, poached pear & burrata salad, grilled Mountain View pork chop, and Maine lobster risotto. Unassuming, laid back spot with highly attentive service and killer food 🔥🔥
