Delightful/helpful staff! I can’t have caffeine or dairy right now, so they helped me find alternatives for a drink that was still delicious. I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop as I sat and drank it. Top notch place 👌🏽

The girls are very friendly, but if I’m going to pay seven dollars for an iced coffee drink I want it to taste right. Sometimes I am very pleased but then the next time I go there I get a terrible drink even though I ordered the same thing. Maybe they need to measure or something!

Coffee is usually watered down. Takes forever to get through the line as well. Having experience in coffee it was pretty disappointing, it being one of the only coffee shops in Austin.

After ordering my beverage with the whipped cream and topping, the barista made it without. This was fine but when I told her that I ordered it with the whipped cream and topping, she aggressively did the whipped cream and put 1 single topping crumble on the whipped cream. She didn't even try to add more of the topping. Incredibly rude, do not go here!

The options are fine, flavors options of chocolate are swell, and the employees are kind and prompt. The time I went NFC pay was malfunctioned. I got my beverage on the house plus the reward points. I didn't abuse this scenario because I respect the business. Hopefully it's fixed now so I can go get me and my roommate a hot and cold beverage for breakfast.

Two days in a row coming here for them to chronically mess up orders and completely skip over people who have been waiting in the lobby for over 15 minutes. Usually this is a great place to get coffee, lately, not unless you want to spend 20 minutes sitting to maybe get what you ordered or maybe never get it at all, but you'll definitely leave with a headache.

Well yesterday they had no sparkling water. This has happened several times in last couple of months. Today we waited 38 minutes in line for our two drinks. This is totally unacceptable! You can't drive out or around cars to leave so you're stuck there in line. We like the drinks but just about out of patience! Caribou will start losing business because of excessive wait time. I will not be going back. Too many other choices. Poorly run. Very poorly.
