Jimmy John's

Love the sandwiches! Good people and service! The chicken wraps are awesome! Ordered on the app for pu today 7/12/22. Not sure what the deal was other than they were a little busy, but ended up waiting just over 20 minutes for mine when others were coming in and getting theirs..... left me with not quite 15 minutes to snarf my lunch down... That sucked.😐

The food is fine, but generally you go to Jimmy John's for fast service. 20 minute wait in the drive thru with only a few vehicles ahead of me isn't as fast as many other locations. I would have left but the way the drive thru is set up with neighboring businesses once you order you are committed. This is an ongoing issue for this location as I've been dealing with slow service here since July but keep going back hoping it will be better.

Freaky Fast?? Haha! Freaky good?? Again haha! What the heck Jimmy John's in Austin MN??? My husband and I went to your shop, order 2 unwiches. Well we got the unwiches. But waited over 20 mins to get our food. I asked for no tomatoes and They asked if I wanted cheese, which is an upcharge of $0.99, but low and behold no cheese, but seems like extra tomatoes. But wait there's more, 1 slice of bacon and 1 slice of skimpy turkey? Really? For a $7 sub I would have expected better! Plus your employees are very unfriendly. Not sure if we will be back.

Service at the drive through was incredibly slow. We placed our order for two subs and a soda and then the person taking the order said they only accept cash. We said that was fine, but it turns out he hadn't taken our order so we had to repeat everything. Then it somehow took 20 minutes to get two subs.

We placed an order for pickup, the order taker was pleasant and helpful as we have never visited a Jimmy John's before. We ordered a Mini-Jimmy 12 pack. Drive thru line wait was long, expected this. We finally got to the pickup window, our order was ready. I asked the girl if the condiments were in the box, she quickly replied "Yes!" We got home and guess what....no condiments! Sandwiches were dry and not that great.
