Haven't been to Pizza Hut in awhile, and decided we wanted it today. Very disappointed..the Make Your Own Pizza was dry, bland, distasteful..The stuffed cheese pizza was decent. Don't plan on going back..

5 to 3.5. Staff still nice but something must have changed with ingredients. My pizza was not as good and I think it was the cheese..

This Pizza Hut is conveniently located for me since it's right at the mouth of my neighborhood. The prices for pizzas are reasonable especially if you order online and use one of their special deals like there 11.99 any pizza for those who like lots of toppings. Estimated wait times for pickup seem to be pretty accurate. And the pizzas suit my tastes as well as those of my two sons. We tend to order from here about twice a month.

Second time in recent months that I've placed an order and received an estimated delivery time of 25-35 min. After over an hour of waiting, I called for an update only to find out it would be at least 45 more minutes. I cancelled my order.
I know times are tough right now, so I would recommend providing realistic delivery estimates so people know to order further in advance of their needed time. Our family enjoys the pizza, but we'll be ordering from elsewhere when we need something in a reasonable amount of time.

Was willing to give them a try even though all of the reviews said otherwise. I thought maybe they'd have fixed it. Wrong. Terrible bread on both hand-tossed and thin and crispy, onions that taste like they've gone bad, AND they forgot my pepperoni. It's such a simple pizza, I'm kind of in awe of how terrible they are. I'm also submitting official complaints to HQ because this location HAS to change if they want to stay open.

Ordered and had my food at my door in about 20 minutes, order was perfect and tasted great

I will not recommend Pizza Hut to anyone no matter the taste or quality of the food. The service provided by the Pizza Hut has completely turned me to your competitor. My order was taking over three hours to be delivered on 5/27/21 so I had to cancel my order. I went to a competitor within 2 miles of this Pizza Hut location and received my pizza in less than 45 minutes from placing my online delivery order.

Everything was ok with this order except for one thing. If we order wings, half should be wings and half should be legs. This order was 2 wings and 16 legs. The other wing order was 2 wings and 6 legs. She was not happy because she prefers the wings. This order was much better than the previous order which had many issues including delivery.
