Taco Bell

I normally give some leeway with how arduous working food is, but today this place just...just no. The two working the drive through were very rude and condescending and the food was icy cold when it got to me. I also didn't recieve a receipt so I can't even contact and give names. This is not normal here, so I hope they do better.

(Thursday May 26, 10:30pm) Waited in line for 30 minutes, 10 minutes at the speaker. “Cash only.” When we went by we just said “hey, you could have told us about cash only when we were at the speaker.” Not rude about it, just trying to make them realize it would have made everything faster for everyone. The kid working stared at us and sarcastically replied “hOw CaN i HeLp YoU?” and then said “leave the line so I can serve the next person .” There wasn’t even anyone behind us and we weren’t planning on holding up whoever would be next. I’m 99% sure he was just saying it’s cash only to get rid of customers. I’ve worked at short staffed places before. I know how hard it is. But this was really, really disrespectful.

We pulled up and realized that it was closed,, only taking doordash and Uber eats orders only. Really sad to come up to this location and it be closed. I know it's hard to staff any businesses right now but the other location was open to the public which was nice just had to go out the way to get Taco Bell.

The location is easy to get to. I had to wait an hour and a half to get food. The Google site says they open at 7am. There were people there at 8am. The sign on the door said 9am. When I asked the girl at the window when they opened she mumbled something about when she has enough people and brushed me off. Nice.
