I'm hoping this was just a bad day for everyone and I can update this later with a better review but I ordered my food, they didn't have large cups so couldn't give large drinks. My meal was a large. I understood that, I prefer a medium drink anyways. But she assumed my meal should also be made a medium. I couldn't see it because the screen was broken and missing a panel. I asked for it to be made a large at the window, while the lady was decent she wasn't happy about adjusting it. When I got my food I had to throw my fries away. They were a large, but they were cold and there was a hair stuck to the container that wasn't mine. The drink was flat. The only good thing was my burger was done right. That's it. I wasn't happy with my experience or order.

Impatient and don't get orders right pluz Fry's were cold.. one of worst jacks pluz everyone i saw was wearing house clothes and house shoes... (Crock's) not safe for restaurant floors.

Whoever the two Hispanic chicks were on drive through, Sunday March 27 @243 am need to be written up, put on probation and/or fired. I would never do my people like that. They don’t care about your customers whatsoever! Since they think it’s okay to mess up orders and instead of fix the issue; talk mess in Spanish. Get lazy and unkind folks out of your business!

This jack in the box always has something going on. Came here today and they told me they don’t have breakfast. They had no excuse all they told me is there is no breakfast today. This is not the first time I’m lucky if I ever fine it open because they are always close when they should be open.
