Subway

I have to say this is one of the best Subway stores I've been inside in quite a while. The store was clean and smelled great, and the staff was friendly. I ordered 2 double protein foot long subs, and for once, they didn't skimp on the meat and cheese OR the veggies. She loaded it up the way it should be! I was very excited to watch my subs being made. I wish I knew the girls name so I could give her a shout out for being awesome. Thank you for making a man size sub!! I enjoyed every bite. I wish all stores were just like this one.

I absolutely loathe the fact that I can't get a cold cut combo made the Subway way. They don't have the cold cuts on the white paper properly weighed out and measured. I'm told it's because the owner doesn't like it that way that they do it their own way how is it still a Subway if we're not following the franchise protocol

Okay, the issue I had was in the wrong order and the way the guys handled it. When I called the first time I was hung up on. The second time a male who identified himself as John answered and tried to argue with me claiming that I ordered all of my wraps with just lettuce onion and cheese (see screenshot) and refused to fix the error and again I was hung up on. Please have a real manager contact me. Thanks.

I ate at this Subway location on October 10th of 2021. When I got my sandwich, I noticed it tasting unlike it regularly does, however finished almost half of the footlong. Immediately after eating it, I got a sharp stomach pain, leading me to throw up sandwich and water for about 7 hours straight, with about 5 more being on and off vomiting. I’ve never gotten this sick from food, and would advise anyone to stay away from this location.

The customer service is terrible, they ask unnecessary questions, they have a menu and you always have to choose what you want separately and they ask you what type of product you chose when they are making the sandwich themselves. As people have to talk about more I do not understand. And the attitude like that is a favor that you get to ask, there is no friendly treatment in Subway.
