Burger King

I went around 9:50am. Business was pretty slow but I had just seen a car go through drive-thru. I pulled up right after that car pulled around but nobody ever took my order. After waiting for a few minutes, I finally just made an online order (while still parked in the drive thru). Once my order had been submitted, I drove around to the window but the employee was hella confused (which is understandable). She was professional and asked me to pull around and park (which I did) and she brought my food out a little while later. The food was okay but it shouldn't be that complicated to orde breakfast from a fast food place. I would definitely recommend visiting a different location from this one on Riverside.

I ordered a number 14 with a lemonade the lady apparently didn't understand English she kept asking the same question over and over and still goty order wrong she gave me a number 12 with an iced coffee instead and I didn't even get a receipt for confirmation. The food was cold and the cheese was hard on the edges.

If I could give this place -5 stars , I would. I went through the drive thru and I ordered a large iced coffee and received a small instead. The worse part is that when my total came out to be $2.26, I paid with a $5.00 bill and was handed $.76 in change, the cashier literally stole my $2.00 and when I asked for a receipt and informed her that she shorted me $2, she acted like she didn’t hear me and closed the drive thru window. Do not go to this Burger King. They’re disrespectful and they steal their customer’s money.

Horribly rude. She kept saying that she couldn't hear us and to speak up. When we did so she told us "OMG you don't have to yell at me" It also seemed like she didn't give us a cup holder or straws out of spite.. she even had the straws in her hand, thought about it then threw them away. She told us they were out.. The fries were undercooked and old. Horrible experience. Have came here before, but no more.

Better off going to the one on Montopolis. Asked for a shake the lady just said no. Um no? Maybe explain why. Shouldn't have to ask for napkins and for the love of god maybe get someone who speaks english. I was the only person there and the person still didnt make my food fresh. Some middle aged Hispanic woman working drive thru. Might as well close down the store
