Domino's Pizza

The store was a mess . Crew without hats . Some with aprons some without . The oven tender dropped a sandwich on the ground and picked it up with his hands and started to cut my pizza and I requested that he not and the man with the backwards hat told me that the guy was fine . Can of tomatoes open just sitting there . No dates or labels on open food . The general manager was very rude . I requested the district managers number and messaged him several times with no response . And when I emailed the franchise they never responded .

Awful Customer Service! Online order gave a 53 min wait time (Which is completely fine) However, when I called after the 1 hour wait time surpassed and the tracker showed no progress, the New store Manager Oliva told me it would be an ADDITIONAL 1.5 hours. Obviously confused, I ask why the delivery time would show 53 mins online if not accurate. The store manager then rudely recommended I come down to the store and put in an application if I would like my food to be delivered faster. After this interaction I canceled my $70.00 order and was told it would take 3-5 business days to be refunded. Not usually one to write reviews but beware pizza lovers, I would shy away from this Domino's location if possible.

This is a weird location, the manger is amazing and truly trying their hardest, but the workers just dont care about their jobs and either the pizza is gonna be really good, or really greasy. But the manger will help you 100%, hes the best worker in there. Deserves a raise most definitely for work 90 hours a week by himself.

THE WORST! last 2 times I have taken a trip to go there - each time they told me to wait 15 minutes longer than originally stated. first time- they accidentally gave my stuff to someone else. second time - they were all so stoned they hadn't even put the silly little premade pasta in the oven by the time i got there and nobody else was even there and the employees were all in a huddle just talking about basketball.

Edit: I updated my review based on more experiences. None of us are only us at our worst. ----- When I opened my pizza box, it looked like someone had shaken the box. I had to put the pieces back together like a puzzle just to make sure the whole pizza was there. And despite living right down the street, my pizza was cold. Not warm or anything like it. COLD. This isn't normal for this location but I tried calling the store twice to have it rectified and couldn't get through to a person.

I was just fully embarrassed at this store by the staff manager. Before I finished eating my pizza I was literally yelled at across the entire store and accused of loitering. I was absolutely mortified. Too shocked to be angry or think about how to respond. Apparently they don't want anyone eating inside the store. Regardless, this could have been handled way better. I'm 40 years old and manage a store close by. We won't be ordering lunch here anymore. I was just literally yelled at by a kid.
