If you're looking for a food truck that sells a wide variety of Mexican food at a great price, a great selection of agua frescas, and shaded patio seating then Con Madre Kitchen is a spot you should consider! When I came I tried a few different items such as: - Pastor Tacos (3.5/5), Barbacoa Tacos (4/5), and Bistek Tacos (3.5/5). The barbacoa was my favorite because it was the most tender, rich, and flavorful of the three. What's also nice overall about these tacos is that they cost $2.89 each when you get them on corn. - Madre's Sautéed Shrimp Taco (4/5) & Madre's Chori-Queso Taco (4.25/5): in addition to traditional street style tacos, they have these two unique ones with one featuring grilled shrimp and the other featuring chorizo and melted cheese. These come on flour tortilla and cost $4.75 each. - Cheeseburger: wouldn't normally get a burger from a Mexican restaurant, but this was good as it had a bigger emphasis on the grilled onion. ($5.50) - 3.5/5 - Homemade Picadillo Nachos: they load the nachos up with beef, cheese, avocado, and jalapeños and this is not a bad appetizer to get if you're craving some nachos. ($13) - 3.25/5 - Madre's Frito Pie: their take on frito pie, but using Hispanic ingredients. ($8) - 3.25/5 - Agua Frescas: they have a great selection where you can get Horchata (sweet cinnamon & rice milk), Jamaica (sweet hibiscus punch), tamarindo (sweet & tangy tamarind juice) -, and limonada. You honestly can't go wrong with any of these! They all taste great. ($3.50/ea) - 4.25/5 With lots of food to choose from my suggestions would definitely be getting a barbacoa taco, a sautéed shrimp taco, and a chori-queso taco with any of the drinks! All in all, I had a good time here and would rate my experience a 3.75/5.

I love this little spot. The staff is so sweet and attentive. But sometimes it's a miss. The queso I ordered was cold and watery. The tacos themselves are pretty good, but for being a bit pricey...I'd hope for more.

Con Madre is legendary - you can’t go wrong with any of their options. Their burritos are massive (dog picture provided for comparison). Great spot if you want a relaxing breakfast, and you can enjoy the sun on their little patio. Great service, and I love the coffee with horchata!

Good food, cute sitting area. Prices did not match online. Be prepared to pay a little more than the online menu. Parking is tight. But food was good and quick.

The Vegan Calabaza Madre Style Taco is my go-to taco, but the Madre’s Vegan Delight taco is also delicious.

Staff was nice, Google Maps takes me a little offs ways but its at the corner of the gas station. Chilaquiles Taco: soft corn chips, egg, a la mex, queso fresco was a fun taco, you can add meat to if if you want. I recommend this one! I also got a bacon and a chorizo egg and cheese taco and the bacon was crispy, chorizo was not too greasy. Its all well balanced. Not a must come back for me since I personally want something a little greasyer but with its name, Con Madre, its a great place! All the tacos were fresh and came out hot! Salsa was not spicy enough for me but that can be a plus if you want clean tacos and mild salsa, a jump from fuzzys.

Fantastic local spot for authentic, quick and delicious cuisine. I would highly recommend the breakfast fare. You have lots of options and very reasonable prices. Recently ordered 2 dozen breakfast tacos which were up in 15 minutes. Go for the green sauce for a bit of extra kick. You can't go wrong here.

Ordered online and walked over since I was in the neighborhood. The breakfast burrito was a great size and the filling was seasoned well. The staff seemed very friendly! I also got the iced coffee with horchata and it was refreshing.
