Panchita Taco Taco

Oh my goodness!!! Where to begin... First off finding the place was odd, difficult but one I did I was like this is cool. It's the only thing cool from there it just got worse 20 min wait for quesadilla and 1 taco and some guac. WHY? the food is awful!! Greasy Tasteless Skimpy Junk The al pastor taco was small and pretty decent flavors but the tortilla was so drenched in g Grease it feel apart The steak quesadilla barely had cheese and very very little steak. It was almost burnt, extremely greasy, dripping grease, greasy. I could make and can make a better one at home. Tasteless. The Guacamole and chips... Half of a while avocado was in the guac. 20 min wait and they couldn't even smash the avocado to make guac. It too was tasteless. It needed salt, red onion, garlic, lime... Just blan. I will never be back. No phone number to call ahead orders. Way better food anywhere else practically... What's sad is their website is nice and usually food truck food is just amazing. Just a shame that they just don't care. $20+ and I could have gotten better food at taco Bell and I hate taco Bell... Hope this saves you the hassle, trouble and from bad food.

The food is consistently good! It's a small menu, but they also change it up with specials from time to time. Mostly tacos, quesadillas, salads, and sides. The tacos are fantastic and filling, especially the carnitas, fish and chicken, and they come with all the fresh trimmings. They even have veggie options (cauliflower taco). Quesadillas are great too. They also have excellent guacamole, and chips & queso. Everything tastes fresh. Their special summer salad is THE BEST (if you can get it)! Give them a try.

Chose this place as a last minute date night at 1am didnt know It was inside of a bar. I didnt have have my ID so i couldnt even get in. Went to the back of the building was able to talk to the cook and he placed my order from the side of the taco truck. I had ordered 5 tacos for 14 something. I opened the bag and there was only 3 tacos. I said i was missing 2 tacos. He basically said thats what i get for 15$ 3 tacos... And got IDd. Disappointing. The pictures looked really good.
