I love that the food is fresh and the menu is limited which makes it super easy to order, especially for super indecisive women like me. The fryers are dedicated gluten free, love that. The one qualm I have is the fries, which is my main favorite food at fast food restaurants so if the fries aren't great, I'm not choosing to go there on any given day. I, and I've heard from many others as well, like my fries crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a nice flavor. The fries at In-N-Out are anything but. They're always almost stale tasting with a very dry texture. I tried getting them "well done" because I was told they'd be better that way, but they ended up having the same texture with a burnt taste instead. Change the fry recipe and I'd try it again.

What's not to love about In-N-Out? Fresh and classic burgers, well-done fries (ask for it), and shakes compose the simple yet memorable menu. If you want to get messy, get the fries animal style or ask for it on your burger. This location is also super clean, well organized, and has pickled jalapenos 😍

I love In-N-Out. It's my favorite burger spot and always hits the spot for me. The food is always consistent and if you order the right way, you're in paradise. My go-to is: a double single with raw chopped onions, grilled onions (yes, both!), chopped chilis and pickles, fries LIGHT WELL (if you haven't tried this, you must) and a strawberry shake when I'm feeling suuuper hungry. Fries light well is a game changer. I love that you can customize everything in any way and they'll do their best to make it happen. Also, they pay more than fair wages to their employees!

Pros: Drive-thru girl that took my order was very helpful & kind. The guy who handed me my food was nice & professional as well. Food was made fast & line went quickly. Cons: My shake was NASTY, full of fuzz, & completely WATERY it wasn't even a CHOCOLATE SHAKE as I was given it! Soda to replace wasn't any better...it tasted like MEDICINE & bitter (not sweet) as it should for being a Dr. Pepper. My fries were STALE, HARD, a bit BURNT/ASHY, & COLD (when they should've been) HOT & UNSALTED! My 🍔 just smh....the BUN was TOASTEDDDDD alright...it was soooo HARD I had to tear it apart in a CIRCLE in order to eat even a part of my burger. My patties were CHARRED & even though it was given OPEN-FACED it was SOGGY & all over the place!! ***RETURN to In-&- Out in Austin, TX?*** I THINKS NOTTT UNTIL THERE IS A BIG IMPROVEMENT...COVID OR NOT THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
