Mcdonald's

Ordered for mobile pick up got there choose the parking spot waited for 20min. I went inside the restaurant after being ignored for 10min inside while the all the employees including the mngr walked by not asking if I need help. Finally an employee helped only for him to be confused, they lost the order never made it I had to wait for them to make it. I was ok I’m going to get fresh hot food, wrong the meat was over cooked they over thinned the meat the fries were cold. When I pulled up for curbside the drive up was 2 cars deep the lobby was empty since it’s closed, it was all to go orders. So disappointed with the service at this location.

I have made my last visit to this place. I would give less than a1 star if I could. How can anyone ask for 15.00 an hour when they can't even work at McDonalds and do a good job. Bad thing is, the owners don't even care or they would address all these bad reviews and correct them.. How hard is it to make a big mac and leave off half the meat and toppings? This either needs to close, or the owners need to go through and clean house. The apple pies are heated up so many times, that the filling dries up and is hard. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to go and don't waste your money at this place..

Stay away from this store. Nobody wants to help you. Employees seem intimidated by English speaking customers, even though you try to be nice and speak Spanish, they still look and the floor or turn away. The manager see the situation and doesn't step in to assist. BTW, there was no screaming or bullying; I just wanted my 2 Egg McMuffins. OH Well, same me some calories. Thank you!

1. Waited 30 minutes for my food and drinks. When I got my food the girl basically ignored me when I said I was missing a drink. 2.some of the people that were dealing with food did not wear gloves. One girl touched her face and another guy scratched his nose. 3. The pandemic has been declared OVER. people should be allowed to dine in. Maybe if customers were allowed to sit down we all wouldn't be so hostile. 4 another man decided to leave the restaurant after only ordering fries and a drink. Another lady was told she would have to wait over 20 mins for apple pies. 5. The manager (some timid kid) said "well we're busy" no duh, I realize that, I had been patiently waiting for 30 mins until the girl decided to ignore the fact that I ordered another drink! Ridiculous!

Upon entering, I placed my order on the kiosk. A few moments later, I stepped to the counter to make a request, but was told that it would be a moment before anyone spoke to me by a young man with curly hair. I counted to 30. At that point, I just spoke loudly in general to request that they did not put the hash Browns in my bag.. The young man who had previously told me it would be a moment before anyone stepped up to me to speak acknowledged what I had said. I said 'appreciate ya'. He turned to the lady who had been manning the register (bagging food at this moment) and told her. She said that it was a part of my order and that she was going to put it in my bag. He told her again that I said that I didn't want it and she said I don't care. He told her multiple times again. Her response was the same. After a few moments, when it was clear that she was bagging my order, I mentioned the dilemma to the customer next to me. I pointed out to her that the guy was telling the lady again about my request. She witnessed the response of her shrugging of the shoulder as if to say 'I don't care'; 'not my problem'; etc. Upon receiving my order, I took them out myself and placed them on the counter before exiting. 3rd bad experience in the past five weeks. I didn't bother saying anything until now. First time was a few weeks ago....late night. I was the only person in line at the drive thru but was served cold fries. The second time I had a large order and 3 sandwiches were missing. I didn't say anything on either occasion-not even to get a replacement-but this small incident triggered me because it felt more disrespectful.
