7-eleven

AVOID this 7- ELEVEN at any cost! There is a female employee from the tow company who waits inside this 7-eleven for booting cars! We just took gas (YES from this 7- eleven) at approx. 9:50pm and then my husband just left the car to take a leak. The employee wasted no time and placed the boot in our car at 9.58pm. My husband called them at approx. 10:05pm. When the employee came to us we explained we were here, just that he went to take a leak, we bought the gas using our card and everything and yet she says it doesnt matter. According to her " WE" are "NOT CUSTOMERS"- SHE SAID THIS TO MY FACE!!!! And then she went back to the 7-eleven store. So everyone please watch out they are tracking you from inside the store- the store and the towing company works in cahoot to rip you off! I also informed the 7-eleven associate who was present( some Indian guy) and he said he cant help us even though we just bought gas from them. Sadly to 7-eleven their relationship with the towing company is more precious than us, since the towing company charges you $100 to remove the immobilization device from the tire. I would have rather donated this to a charity but to be robbed like this just because someone needs to pee and that to within a span of 10 minutes!! this is outrageous! Needless to say we are never going back to 7- eleven! Taking my business to Circle K!

Didn't think to check the expiration date of something that should be checked by the employees regularly but I guess I should have because I took a walk down to the 7/11 and the mill I bought was expired and I didn't know until I got back from my walk and smelled it as I was about to take a drink.. This is gross and should NEVER happen in any establishment. I should have listened to the bad reviews and went elsewhere but I thought I'd give them a chance, bad decision on my part.. Goes without saying that I'll be going somewhere else from now on.

BEWARE: you are being watched (by a tow company) Seriously though a tow person is standing there watching what you'll do when you park. Uh and sometimes they get it wrong - we went in to buy a soda and when we came out there was a boot on my car. They took the boot off but the sticker residue on my window is still there. Why can't you give 0 stars?

$100 Parking extortion alert. I’m from out of state, even my car is CA register. I parked there and went out for less than a minute to find the place I was suppose to meet someone. I came back I saw a woman putting sticker on my car with tire blocked. Trust me it was literally less than a minute, I walked two restaurants and came back. It was as if they were waiting for someone to park and step a foot out of their lot and they were ready to put a sticker. This is insane.
