7-eleven

Generally I don't do this. I've been to this store on many occasions. Today I go in, buy 4 Liptons ( on sale ) I get from the counter to my bike and one bottle has started leaking in the bag, I take it back in to switch cuz obviously something is wrong with one of the bottles. The rude dude behind the counter basically tells me I'm lying. A gentleman who'd passed me tells the guy, no his bag was leaking when I walked by but still I'm lying, I guess trying to get a free bottle; I don't know what he thought I just wanted to replace the busted one. I will never go there and when I get to work, I work for 7-11, I'm filing a report. This was rude and lacking in customer service from beginning to telling me I lied.

I know this is 7-Eleven so my expectations should be low but I have never seen so much incompetence at a gas station ever. They could not figure out how to ring up a credit card and kept pressing the debit card button. I had to swipe my card over and over again, hopefully I won't be charged over and over again. This was after it took forever for them to stop chasing each other around the store and decide to finally scan my food. I almost left my stuff on the counter several times.
