Love this place as I am always greeted with a smile from the very friendly staff at the front desk. The machines are in excellent condition and there is plenty of them for a great workout which my son and I look forward to. The place is spic and span and there is plenty of disinfectant stations to clean up the machines after you use them. Overall this place has a cool atmosphere and I most definitely look forward to each workout. Love this place and recommend it to my friends and family

Love the hydro massage chairs and beds. Great perks for Gold Card members, like massage and tanning beds. Helpful staff. It would be nice if there were lockers available to members for extended use , but the lockers available do have charging stations inside, so that's a plus.

I have been a member of Planet Fitness for many years, I used to regularly go to the old Oak Hill location before it was closed years ago. I have been going to the Westgate location a bit before Covid hit. Starting in February 2020, I decided to commit to 5 nights a week. The current staff is a great team and work together very well. The location Manager, Quincy is very positive, attentive, and very conscious of members needs. Arieus, the Assistant Manager, is very upbeat and keeps members accountable with thier goals, she will be a great trainer some day. The morning Front Desk Attendant, Mateo is always welcoming and very motivating on each visit. The location Trainer, Alex, is a godsend, He pushes me harder with each weekly workout and accepts no excuses. Overall, a great club to be a member at, needs 2 things though, 1) a return to being open 24/7 and 2) needs a speedbag in the corner on the lower floor. I highly recommend this location for a deep, strong workout then hit the hydromassage bed and back to the house.
