Closed between 12-4 to “sanitize” the store? Full of it. That doesn’t stop the cooties. And now during the snow they had us waiting out here for an hour and not even tell us they were closing an hour before they told us they were on the phone. This guy had us all wait for an hour, not warning us at all.

Reviewing the right location...At around noon last week, there were 4 young workers just busy talking amongst each other. My husband got his lottery tickets but had to correct the young girl since he was being given the wrong change. Not very good customer service. Too bad since this is the nearest convenience store near us.

Midnight (Thursday into Friday)on Friday night the 22nd of January, I attempted to make a purchase at this store. I had forgotten my mask at the house, before going to work, I was running late, and had no chance to grab a mask before starting work. I walked into the store with a ball cap covering my face, and was intending to buy a face mask 1st thing. I've interacted with the cashier there before, and knew he would me very diligent in requiring a mask. As soon as I opened the door, this gentleman told me in a very aggressive way that I needed a face mask. I told him I would buy 1 first thing. He told me he couldn't allow that. I pulled my t shirt, from under my work shirt, and placed it over my nose. I asked if that would work. He told me to leave the store, and not return until I had a mask. I told him I had forgotten it before starting work, and pleaded with him to allow me to purchase a mask. His response was that the requirement for a face mask has been in place for awhile, and that there was no good reason as to why I had forgotten my mask. I told him that technically the requirement was a face mask or covering. I pointed out that I was in fact in legal compliance with the state mandate. He told me that I of all people should know to leave a building when asked to, (I work in the security industry), I left after that. It is my opinion, that such an unpleasant individual shouldn't be allowed to have a job, where he interacts with the general public. It makes his employer look bad, that they would hire such an unreasonable person.

I stopped here for gas around 10:20am or so. I prepaid $10 at pump 8 so you know when you get back to the pump you see on the screen it’s prepaid $10. After a few tries and asking for another pump, I realized she put me on pump 7. So I go back to try and talk to the cashier and let them know it says please see cashier. To her credit she did say we had 3 minutes. How long can you walk from the register to the pump before three minutes is over? So she caught an attitude and wanted to know if she needed to pump the gas. Frankly, if it wasn’t for the attitude, I would have let it go and thought she was having a bad day. After being a customer of 7 11 for so long, if this is the kind of customer service we are giving, I’m not sure if I want to return to try and be civil.

I was refused service because they wanted to see my child's id card because I was having a tough time deciding on what brand of cigarettes I wanted to switch to. Was told its company policy to see everyone's id cards including my child. Well I will be Spink with corporate for these two rude women employees

I am a Postmates driver. I arrived at 6:00 pm on 5/15/20 to pick up an order and the cashier was abusive and unprofessional. I told him I was there to pickup the order and immediately he says “go ask the other worker, go wait over there, I don’t know”. I let him know right away that I don’t work for him and no need for that type of behavior, but that I would wait until the order was ready. Instead of doing his job, he got his feelings hurt he told me to leave the store. I ended up having to cancel 4 extra orders from the store. You don’t own the store, you’re an employee and cannot refuse orders just because you got your feelings hurt. I’ve done hundreds of deliveries and have never encountered something like this. Please learn how to do business or quit your job!!
