Fascinating how bad the service here was.
Took 28 minutes to get our smoothies, and there wasn't a long line. Drinks seemed to be coming out every 5 minutes. Looks like management is aware of the wait times, since the reviews going back a year all comment on the wait and the owner replies to these bad reviews. Maybe the store only owns 1 blender?
Don't bother going unless you want to wait in the sun for 20 minutes.

Horrible service. Placed a pickup order online, came to pick it up but they had dropped one of the drinks so they needed to remake it. Waiting 15 min and still no drink. Went to the front and and they said they made the drink and that someone must have took. (No one ever made it, we were sitting right next to where they bring the drinks out) so they messed up twice and would have to attempt to make our drink a 3rd time. By that time I asked for a refund. They never offered any discount or anything for the inconvenience.

Doesn’t matter if 1 or 10 people are in line, your drink will take 20 mins. Easily the slowest Juiceland in Austin. Staff is really cool though it’s strange
Edit to owner- I don’t have an issue with an experience, I’m just saying the wait time is consistently slow at this location no matter the line. Maybe it’s something with their kitchen process. Thank you for reaching out, but this is in no way meant to be a negative review just a combination of my experiences.

Great smoothies/juices using all natural and/or homemade ingredients. Had to wait half an hour for my order on a Saturday which goes to show how yummy it is!

Loved the convenient location!
Our smoothie order was taken quickly but we waited ~20 minutes for the drinks to finally come out. Everything was prepared accurately however.
