If I could give this zero stars I would. Your sign says you're open until 3am. If I submit an online order at 9pm - I expect to be able to pick it up. Not to drive up to an empty building or where the lady snaps at me that y'all are closed due to being short staffed. Here's an idea: pay more than minimum wage so you actually have staff. I shouldn't have to go through this at three different locations anytime I order. If this was a rare occurrence I'd get it - but this happens 75% of the time that I order. If you're needing to close early, fine! But stop allowing your app to state you are open so I can order and then waste gas, time, and energy on this. I've had staff at YOUR location submit my order for payment before realizing they can't even make the items due to lack of ingredients or broken equipment and refuse to refund me even when I come in the next day to ask for a refund then.

Went to drive through to order some food this evening. The employee at the window kept trying to take our order in vain. We were a car distance away from the speaker. We finally make it to the speaker and attempt to place our order. She informs us that they are closed. Website says other wise. Never going to Taco Bell on Well Branch!!! Non professional employees!!! Don’t even deserve a star!!!

I never really leave negative reviews, but this location has disappointed me for the last time. This is the 4th time I have places an online order to pickup after I get off of work to show up and be told they are closed and I'm just gonna have to cancel my order. To be honest they weren't even nice about it, had a rather nasty attitude. To be clear my order was always for a 7:30 pm pickup so it wasn't an unreasonable time to show up for fast food order. I will not be going back, but looking at the other reviews here that would probably make them happy since they wouldn't need to do their jobs.

In true taco bell fashion, every single item on my order was wrong. I ordered breakfast (they never changed the menu on the board to breakfast, so it was just guessing at items anyway). Ordered two burrito combos and got a crunchwrap and a bowl of eggs with tomato. Turns out asking for no tortilla also apparently means no meat. Then the employees started fighting with each other. Truly a quintessential taco bell experience capped off with 75 hot sauce packets for two items.

This location seems to have quite a few issues. This restaurant is open but not taking orders way more than I've ever heard about. Happened today at 5:45pm, they on the drive thru when I'm ready to order, they just said that they aren't taking orders, no other info, no signs up. And that has happened multiple times before This location also screws up orders more often than any other taco bell I've frequented. They are fast enough here. The crispy taco shells are often stale
