It was my first time here today, and I absolutely loved it. There was a very nice gentleman taking orders and delivering the food to the customers. He did a great job manning the place. Very polite and kind. The food was just what I needed on a chilly day- tomato basil soul and a grilled cheese & ham sandwich.

This is the best and most friendly cafe in all of Texas. The food is top tier and the staff is incredibly friendly. Great place to have intimate business convos and its healthy.

I have yet to have a bad experience eating at Thistle Cafe and have eaten here 10-15 times. The breakfast tacos (especially the barnyard and country) and sandwiches are bomb.
Today I tried their California club wrap and tomato basil bisque which was also great.
Aside from the food, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

My fish wrap with side salad was reasonably priced under $10. However, I have had better. The flavor of the fish was lost because I think it was dwarfed by the lettuce and other veggies.
