Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered through the chipotle app for delivery, and an hour and a half after I ordered, I still didn’t have my food. After exhausting all options through the app and attempting to call, I just showed up to the location hoping it was the correct one because the Chipotle app will only show you the location you’re ordering from if it’s for pickup for some reason? Well, after going in and nervously explaining my situation, the woman working yesterday night closing shift 6/16, and two gentlemen were super helpful. Especially with an end of the night disaster like that, they apologized, remade the order fresh, hooked it up with rice, beans, meat and everything pretty much. Thank you so much to this team and it’s great workers!! I’ve been in customer service for 11 years, thanks for making it right!

This is one of the best Chipotle locations in the city. The employees are hella cool and know how to give great portioned bowls without even asking. I always feel like I get my money's worth at this location. Food is always reasonably fresh and it's usually not ever busy there. I'm also loving the new Agua Frescas that Chipotle is now offering. All the flavors are delicious!!

I usually go to this location without any issues but placed a pick up order via the Chipotle app. When I got home and opened the bag, the burrito seemed 1/3 of the usual size. Mostly tortilla and barely any filling. Look at the photos for reference. Barely my fist size. Someone needs to QA these before they're sent out. This is just sad. I made another meal after this since this did not fill me.

Had an order delivered and it was missing $10 large guacamole. Reporting the missing item can only happen in their automated system. They sent a coupon for a free guacamole on a future order, which is half the value of what they didnt ship. Impossible to get to a real person on their automated system. Disreputable corporate behavior is ruining a good fast eat spot.
