Chipotle Mexican Grill

I visited Chipotle for my first time today, around 2:00 pm. I saw signs saying they were only accepting mobile orders. I downloaded the App and placed my order. It was ready within 10 minutes! WOW! When I went inside to get it, I saw that something had happened and maintenance workers were working really hard and fast! It was explained to me the building next door had their roof collapse sending water into Chipotle flooding it! I noticed fans running and equipment removing the water. This place still served their customers FLAWLESSLY, making accommodations in their food prep to keep the food fresh! My takeout was super delicious! Kudos to this place for working through this catastrophe and even smiling as they worked. I’ll be back for sure! It’s a GREAT place!

Visited 08/16/2021 7:10 pm. They were really quick and great. Didn't have enough staff so they were only doing online orders. Found out after I got here. I didn't even wait 5 minutes before my food was ready. The manager lady here is awesome. She works crazy hard. One time I told her that the rice was too sour. She went and tasted it, came back and thanked me for telling her about it. She said that she was able to train the staff about it. Both chipotle and the owner of this branch are lucky to have this group of people working for them.
