Cheesy Gordita crunch with no cheese. Chicken quesadilla had 2 pieces of chicken in it, small handful of cheese. No jalapeño sauce. Last time I made the mistake of ordering from this location they put chipotle on the quesadilla. I kept giving this locations chances and they’ve let me down for the last time. 10 dollars for two items that I might as well have just given to the dogs

I have lived up the street from this location for almost 3 years, have attempted to use drive thru and walk in upwards of 15 times. Not once have I gotten food from this location and have had a dozen different excuses. 3 days ago it was we only do cash, kind of odd seeing you cant walk in because of pandemic concerns...we are talking about texas here too. So today I bring cash as the cashiers response was we only take cash. Then someone else jumps in upon me saying I have cash and get we are actually understaffed.... its 100% empty inside and I'm the only car in site and thre are 2 of you.....are you kidding me???

They said sorry but We're only excepting online orders as they have a drive-through full of people and the manager is walking around drinking his hand and the staff were on their phones. this was the only picture I could get before they saw me I went to go hiding. They said we're only taking online orders because we're short staffed while I counted at least five or six people behind the counter as soon as they saw me pull into the drive-through they were all sitting in the dining area and nobody wanted to get up

Hands down the best Taco Bell in town always fresh and ready to go they never disappoint when it comes to service

It's just ok, they have screwed up my order couple of times....I just go since it's close to me. They keep saying Mexican pizzas are no longer available but I know two other taco bells that have them so if you're looking for that, this isn't the place for you. Food quality is pretty avg. Came cold several times, and they half asked several items.

There are constantly issues with this location being "temporarily closed" with no indication online. There have been multiple times where I have placed Mobile Orders just to drive to the location to find that there is either someone inside sweeping floors who refuses to answer the drive thru, or they're experiencing technical difficulties that force them to close. Save your time. Go to McDonald's next door, at least their hours are accurate.

Watched about four cars in front of me and countless others behind me go two buildings down to order from Wendy's because the staff decided they weren't taking any more orders on the drive-thru. This was 90 minutes before their store hours said they were closing.
Everyone jokes about the Taco Bell on Riverside. Now I understand why.

Don’t try going inside to pickup your food, the possible high school graduate who just finished mopping the bathroom and wiping the toilet will wave you to the drive through like a peasant, all while your order is ready and sitting on the counter in front of her little sausage fingers. I just waited in a line for 20 minutes when that rude little girl could have just handed my order to me through the door if she had any appreciation for the job she clearly didn’t deserve to be given.
