I would give this place a zero stars if I could. I never got his name, but the guy with the short red hair showed the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I was there early in the night picking up an UberEats order and there was a part of the order that was missed. I returned to retrieve the missing item and when I brought it to his attention, rather than ask questions to fix the situation, he responds with "Nah man..." and my customer ended up cancelling the order entirely, making my trip here a waste of time. I came to the window to alert him of this and he slams the window shut in my face. Good to see there are some REAL mature people working here.

Pulled up to the drive through... no answer for almost 5 minutes, then I was greeted with a "hello"-- I did attempt to order only to be told to hold by the young man pictured in the inside so he could finish conversation with the young man on the outside ... smh. ...

My coworker detoured us to this Jack in the Box after errands for items for a special work project. The drive thru wait was longer than usual compared to other drive thrus I've been through lately, probably 10-15 minutes with about two cars ahead of us, but the service was very good, the cashier was friendly, the order was accurate, and the food was delicious. I was a little worried about all of those things but everything but the wait was great.

Was waiting in the line at 12:40 as we pulled up we were asked to hold on and so we did and then as the guy was taking our order he stopped halfway and never came back to the speaker had us waiting for over 10 mins there was still cars behind us in line as well and then as we pulled up to the window because we got tired of waiting and we could see them attending the car at the window as well so we were confused . As we pulled up to the window no one was there and then as we drove off we saw a white guy walk the register and started taking orders again ..Waited over 30 mins for nothing .

We sat in the silent drive thru only to be told that they aren't filling mobile orders even after we paid for our food. There we still 2 cars ahead of us that also weren't getting service that we had to wait to pull thru. We finally managed to get parked and they have locked the doors. They refuse to give anyone food or money. Appalling.

Having bad luck with jack, second location I went thru drive thru and was told to park in the front and wait I got it at 5:20 took them 10 minutes just too take my order and close to 15minutes to hand it to me. I ordered 2 combos, tacos and bacon cheddar wedges. Why even call yourself a fast food restaurant, why call it drive thru when I still have to get out to make sure I get my condiments. Sad when the employee don't even ask.....I got home and noticed I got the wrong sauce I asked for bbq
