I was at the drive trow today and had and unfortunate car mishaps and there for holding up the line the staff was so nice and caring didn’t make me feel worser then I was already feeling was stuck for about 45 min until I was able to finally move but I just wanted to thank the staff for checking on us and making sure we where hydrated in this Texas heat hope that with this post they get a little recognition and maybe even a raise 😊😊

This is a pretty normal Jack in the Box. I highly recommend using their app to order ahead. You get reward points and your food is ready a lot faster. I like the tacos here. Does that make me weird? LOL

The manager Mary, and Christian are super nice, got everything i ordered in my bag, didn't even have to ask for ketchup or taco sauce, it was already in the bag,will definitely be coming back to this location.

I want to give a shout out to the night staff at 11pm at the southpark Meadows location! Both the person who took my order and the person who gave me my food were SO friendly and the food was fresh. So much better than the day staff that I usually get. Thanks guys!

If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. I love their food but the croissants are to small and kinda looked prepackaged but they're still good. Also they need to put the food in the bag with less force. Other than that everything was great. I love their curly fries

I've been here 5 times in the past 5 weeks. I usually order the tacos or a bacon breakfast platter since it's 24/7 Breakfast. It's always less busy than the Whataburger next door.
Around Feb 2nd went at night and got amazing service from a new guy. The next week I went in the evening and it was same awesome service from the same young man. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything and even ran after our truck when we forgot our dessert.
