The drive in was clean as soon as I got there. I had Tony bring out my food and he was very courteous. I ordered Fried Chicken sandwich 🥪 on Texas toast no tomatoes ( I think it was like a Chicken Club or something like that. I added bacon and it was fresh and tasted great as well as my fries (they were nice and hot with just enough salt). I hadn't been to Sonic in almost 10 years and I'm glad I came back, it was so worth it.

After a long hot week we really wanted a cold drink but when Tony delivered our food it was all smiles and good vibes really a made our day we need more people like Tony out in the world

We stopped for lunch. We were hot, tired and a little cranky. We ordered a chicken sandwich plate, with the sandwich cut in half, no pickles, add tomato, tater tots and 2 teas, unsweetened. They were pleasant taking the order. The lady bringing us our food was chipper. Our food was correct in every detail, and yummy. The tater tots were hot and crispy. The tea was dark and strongish, very tasty. And we had shade to park in. A thoroughly pleasant experience. We left happy.

The employee Tony has the most great customer service I’ve ever received at any sonic here in Austin Texas. The food was on point very hot and fresh!! This spot has been a consistent 4.5 stars for the past 6 years I've been visiting. They seem to do better at retaining employees than other fast food places. One guy Tony has been there a long time and we always look forward to seeing him. There's also a cook/manager guy with the hair that's turning grey, he seems solid and has been there a long time. There used to be a young shorter black guy with glasses who was always doing a good job, he finally moved on, but he stayed there a very long time too. I hope this Sonic pays its employees well, they deserve it, I'll keep coming back as long as it stays the way it is

I give 5 stars because everyone was absolutely on the ball. I know that nowadays, everyone is short staff and let me just say, the guy that brought our food had a wonderful attitude and when ordering Ortencia let us know about their deal and we are appreciative for that. I started coming here when I moved south to grab a drink or food after work, and now I come solely for Tony. I could be having the WORST day and he immediately makes it better. It doesn’t matter how long I go between visits, he always remembers and manages to make me smile.
