Starbucks

November 2023: New rain barrels were being installed outside. Got my Red Cup and coffee on this morning where a day earlier got a Green one too for my yearly collection. They don't have any Holiday Teddy Bears or gingerbread houses for perhaps either not arrived yet or available at a different location. September 2023: This location generally has quick service but there are times takes a while to get your order from either using the app or in person. I always avoid the drive thru where it always has a line that does not move. The foods options have always been good and have my favorites. Today was a bit busy in the drive thru (not surprised) but in side was not, butt looked understaffed. It took a while for my order to be ready. My iced green tea was refreshing and the chocolate croissant was great. As it looked understaffed they baristas were doing an excellent job. November 2022: After I made my order using the Starbucks App my order was ready quickly. Friendly baristas and the Snowman Cookie was delicious with one of my favorite drinks, Strawberry Açaí.

I get hired as a "mystery diner" at multiple different types of establishments. I haven't been hired here but it was a time I wish I had. This is why I felt the need to write a review so the company and future customers will know my experience. Alec was my server and he gets 5 stars across the board. While ordering I changed my order multiple times (standard test) and he remained patient, helpful, genuinely friendly and didn't rush me. He offered things tailored to me as an individual without over selling me. All around Impeccable customer service skills. He double checked my order before giving it to me bc it was a large order. Lastly, when I gave him my card to pay he handed me the card reader and as a bonus looked away (lol) to let me choose if I wanted to tip or not. MANY fast food restaurants that DON'T do this (CUSTOMER BEWARE). I run across to many establishments who illegally enter in an amount, unbeknownst to the customer, and keep the cash or they ask the customer to enter it in themselves which also shouldn't be done. When I complimented Alec on doing this, he was shocked to hear that many establishments don't do this and asked if I had experienced that there, with intent to report it if I had. Check plus! Alec should be training other staff and honestly should be managing the place!👍 Great job to Alec and thanks largely to him this location would pass on multiple levels!

Starbucks on Escarpment is the best on the planet. Hardworking team members offer a personalized touch. They are kind, and really care about providing the best, consistent Starbucks products and experience. We love this location 👏 We go everyday!

Great staff, clean store, little seating. When they built this Starbucks years ago Circle C wasn't built out yet and they didn't build a big prep area in this store. The wait can be longer than normal.

It was a pleasure having Carlos as my barista! He was so friendly and we had a pleasant conversation! My drink was amazing and he got it out so quickly. I’ll definitely be stopping by more often!!
