I do not have a lot of experience shopping at HEB because other stores are closer to where I live. I happen to go to this HEB because I figure why not. First off let me say that this place is huge inside. It does not look from the outside but once you go in it's big. They have a couple little small restaurants in the wall where you can get something to eat which is cool plus places to sit in or outside. If your were to do some heavy shopping I'm sure it would take you an hour looking around and going down the aisles. I went here to buy some plant based items and I took a few pictures of what I saw. Some things I have seen in other stores some I have not. It's a nice store that kind of reminds me of a store called FOOD4LESS. For all of you California people out there you know about that store before it got bought out. Anyways I would go back and check it out again but maybe when it's not super crowded because the lines to pay were nuts. Almost forgot the bathroom for the men were clean and nice. Lol

This is usually "The Karen" store, so it's understandable that the employees often come across as stand-offish. I'm sure it's exhausting having to deal with entitled people all day! However, I had an amazing interaction with one of the Pharmacy Techs - he went above and beyond to help me out. The Pharmacy closed early, and instead of saying, "Sorry, lady" which would have been totally within his policy, he let me get my medication even though they had technically been closed for 5 minutes. He didn't have to do that, and after a day filled with Karens and Karendudes, it probably would have felt good to give back some of the attitude he undoubtedly experienced throughout the day. But, no - he never once came across as put out, and even though the transaction took less than 2 minutes, he absolutely didn't have to help. Either a change is in the air with HEB customer service, or that guy is a unicorn. Either way, super impressed and I'm switching all my family's medications to this location. My only beef is that the pharmacy closes stupidly early. :-D

I’m budgeting hard right now due to being in a tight spot right now and i noticed after purchasing that i was charged $7 for the pretzels i got instead of $3.50 like i saw on the shelf so i asked a manager about it before leaving because i knew i couldn’t afford to pay $7 for an unhealthy snack. Jeremiah kindly explained to me that it looked confusing due to the signage but ended up refunding me the full amount! He was busy and took time to address my concern. I drive 15 minutes to this HEB because the one 2 mins from me is much smaller and the experience isn’t as nice. I will continue to do so!

I went out on a Sunday, and it was crazy hectic. My fault for going on a Sunday, but anyway, they were giving up the samples of food, some salmon, which is really delicious. I like coming here because it’s always organized, and clean, and the staff is always very friendly and super nice. This H-E-B is cool because it’s in the Mueller area and there’s a bar next door, and a lot of other cool shopping places nearby.

Love my HEB. They have just about everything you could need here. From locally sourced food, a fresh bakery, and daily made sushi which is really good for grocery store sushi!! When I don't have time to cook and prep a meal they have a great selection of pre-prepped meals for quick cooking or for lunch on the go or in the office. They have a couple local food restaurants posted right up front to if you'd like to pick up hot food to take home or to eat in their cafe/ bar! My favorite HEB by far!
