Food was great. I've always loved Arby's, and it's just how I remember. This location, unfortunately, is pretty annoying to me, in all honesty.
For a long while, they closed down at 5pm daily, which is atypical for a fast food chain. I work nearby. I get off at 430p. Once, I arrived around 442p and was refused service in the drive thru because "they were cleaning up" which I felt was wild. I work in the service industry, and that is NOT acceptable or the norm. Lastly, they don't have an open dining room. Not sure why, but my mom stays at a retirement home close-by, and her and her elderly friends traveled there to realize this. Very inconvenient. Their little group outing was ruined. No Bueno.

Had a long day of training and went to Arby's because THEY HAVE THE MEATS lol but they have something called sliders. It was the hottest tastiest lil chicken sandwich!! I didn't care for the cheese on it but I'll definitely get another one one day. I also got the signature classic roast beef sandwich 🥪

Nice and friendly service, best of all, didn't have to drive to Kyle to get it. Got serviced by a nice, friendly, and proud black woman. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Still no walk-in but I believe it's because of bum city that's next to the building. Definitely coming back

Tried to call but no phone? Drive thru is great, nice competent people. Food is what you expect, not bad. But a cut above some of the others I think. Looks like they redesigned, for the better. Still trying to figure out delivery from here.

I don't eat at too many fast food restaurants, but this Arby's has always been hot and fresh. The curly fries beats any competitors out there.

Delicious bites, fast service, and outstanding management. Lost food tray balance and made a mess in lobby. Management was kind enough to get things cleaned and taken care of with a professional manner and in swift time before lobby was busy again.
