Love the menu, the prices, and the speed.
However, for the 3rd time in maybe 2 months my Uber eats driver only delivered a smoothie and not the two açaí bowls that were also on the order. This does not happen with other restaurants and it’s now a regular occurrence here. Please find a better method for ensuring orders are delivered with all items.

I come here when I get done working out each day. Making high quality shakes at home is exhausting when keeping up with all the ingredients I enjoy. It’s so much more efficient for my time to just whip in for a quick, high protein shake.
I also left my wallet at this location yesterday that had several hundred dollars in cash inside. The manager Ben held onto it for me and nothing was tampered with. I believe this business staffs high quality people when they do their hiring. Thanks guys.

This is by FAR the BEST Smoothie King location in ALL of the Austin area!!! The managers there have made a point to train their employees well. I come in 3-4 times a week and the staff not only has respect, but they have a great attitude and charm! They run a tight ship there with a clean, fun, and welcoming environment which definitely keeps me coming back for more of the bowls and smoothies I love so much. This location deserves more than 5 stars for sure! Please keep up the great work management, I appreciate the vibes here from all the staff!!!

Ben and Cameron helped us with our 4x smoothies today. We brought the kids in, we were all in need of energy and took a few minutes to decide. So patient! They even helped us with suggestions when we asked. Friendly, willing to entertain my random conversation. Thank you guys!!

My youngest has recently discovered her love for smoothies. She’s tried a few different blends and each one was so tasty. The last time we were there a nice young man named Rowan recommended a Greek yogurt berry blend. My daughter would have never tried it until someone else said it was good. I’m so glad she did! Cammeron, Hunter, Dillion and Brandon are the smoothies with a smile gang and I must say it’s one of the highlights of my day! Fast service, clean space, and great customer service! The reason I came was because I wanted to get a 40 ounce smoothie to drink with my grandma while she played Fortnite. I walked into the quaint joint when I saw a blond/brown haired boy gobbling a container of saturated protein powder. He served me kindly, but he told me his life story as well. The highlight of his life story was when he saved a midget from falling into the depths of a trash can at his school. He then started rough-mumbling lyrics of his band. And when he opened his mouth, it was full of protein chewable. I 💕 big daddy Rowan. 🫃🏻🫃🏻

I arrived at smoothie king in hopes of smoothie but I got more than just smoothie I got a life lesson and a great experience with a worker named rowan , he told me a story of how he saved a little guy from death at his school. This story was life changing and has bettered my whole life perspective and I’m forever grateful .

Came during dinner rush hours. Clean store, pleasant workers when I was here. Online orders were being prepared while another worked helped me at the register. My normal MED strawberry banana smoothie "angel food" came out good. No complaints!
